  This was a great stay. The only thing that surprised us was owe had to provide toilet paper, paper towels and dish soap once we ran out of what was on the spindles. We plan to stay there again! We spend every spring break here and plan to make this home our home away from home!

  We were 6 adults and 2 children. This is a great vacation property. The only complaint that kept it from geting a 5 star rating on all items was the wireless commection. I pretty well sucked. But with that one exception I heartly recommend the property.

  The house is located in a complex of identical houses. Most of these houses are set up as rentals. This house is directly across from the pool. The complex is about 5 blocks, 100 houses. Okay for a quick walk with the dog up and down the streets. Nice gated neighborhood.
  
  On the map the house looks like it is in easy walking distance from the beach. But, the access is .8 of a mile away. No quick way to walk to the beach, mostly just drive down--cars are allowed on beach. Beach is very nice. Dogs are allowed on beach, on leash but if you go toward Corpus Christie they can be off leash (about 8 miles, go to access road 2).
  
  Port Aransas is not set up for walking or biking. There are few sidewalks and the area is filled with these "complex" housing developments. None of them are connected so if walking you can enter and then go back out onto the main street to get to the next. Very walking unfriendly.
  
  The house is nice and cute. Basic kitchen pots, dishes, etc. Nothing fancy in funiture but adequate. Master king bed in good shape. Grill sucks, old Weber. No real lawn but with the pool across the walkway it is easy to go over there to sit. Medium size flat screen TV in living room, small flat screen in master bedroom and tiny flat screen in common area on 2nd floor. Basic Direct TV satelite signal.
  
  Two smoke alarms kept going off for low battery, new batteries did not help, I disconnected two so they would not keep beeping. Owner should have these fixed, I left a note.
  
  Seemed like a good place to bring a family. It was just my wife (Kris) and me staying for two months in winter so there were tons of room.
  
  This home is a rental that the owners may use on occation but it is definately not someone's second home with love put in it. Everything is basic, nothing fancy and just set up to rent out. It is nice and our stay was comfortable.
