Bay Tree B1 is a charming studio condo located on the third floor with no elevator access. Boasting a spacious balcony that offers picturesque views of the Bay Tree courtyard and magical sunset views. Recently renovated, this unit features sleek vinyl flooring in the living area and elegant tile in the bathroom. The bathroom is generously sized, showcasing a tiled shower, ample counter space, bright lighting, and a convenient stackable washer/dryer. No smoking, no pets. Parking for 1 average sized vehicle space, 1 parking pass and 4 wristbands will be provided.. Boat slips for rent at an additional cost of $45.00 + tax per night. It is first come, first serve. Please request at the time of booking

- A 2 night minimum stay is required.

- Suggested items to bring are beach towels, extra paper goods (toilet paper, facial tissue and paper towels), extra pillows if you wish to sleep with more than 1, spices/seasoning, extra trash bags, sun block and beach gear and mosquito spray
