Description

This 2nd floor efficiency condo, with no elevator access offers a Full size bed. There is also a coffee pot, a microwave and min fridge for your convenience but no kitchen.

The complex amenities include a heated swimming pool, community charcoal grills, community game room, a playground, and a private boardwalk to the beach.

Pets are not permitted in this unit and smoking is allowed outside only.

Per HOA: Before traveling to Port Aransas/Beachhead Condos, please plan the correct number of vehicles you drive in accordance to the rules below. Properly planning the correct number of vehicles prior to your departure will enhance your vacation experience:

Beachhead Condos allows parking for 2 vehicles maximum. Golf carts do count as vehicles. Violators will be towed by the HOA

- A two-night minimum stay is required.

- Contracting guests must be at least 25 years old, have a valid State Driver’s License or other acceptable ID, and be present throughout the entire stay

- We do not accept Klarna or Affirm Payments.

- Cable and Wi-Fi service in Port Aransas can be unreliable due to the unique coastal environment in which we live. We appreciate your understanding that these services are beyond our control. No discounts or refunds will be given for service disruptions.

- These starter supplies are provided in the property as a convenience until you can go shopping: hand/bath soap, shampoo & conditioner, toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, dishwasher detergent, trash bags, and a sponge.

Perfect overflow for Beachhead

We had several units at Beachhead and needed overflow for a few extra friends. This unit is close to the front of Beachhead and is like an efficiency.

Cute unit for 2! Easy access to the pool. Great to have the boardwalk to the beach, although it’s a bit walking distance. Enjoyed our stay, would definitely consider coming back ☺️

Beachhead Condos efficiency unit

I was very disappointed that the window A/C unit was extremely loud, probably because it's very old. The unit was in great shape, so it's baffling why the owner can't update the window unit.

Beach head unit number seven
This one bedroom condo suited our needs for three night stay. It was close to restaurants and activities. It was also easy to go and visit things in Rockport or corpus. The only problem we had was that the bed was a little smaller than we thought it would be. And the television and Internet were not working with the passwords provided.
