Excellent

We loved this rental. There were eight of us staying seven nights, three children and five adults. The house was clean, plenty of hot water for showers after returning from the beach. The rental is located in a very peaceful, quiet neighborhood, close to everything in town. Port A Escapes was awesome during the complete rental experience. I will definitely use them for all my
future rentals.

Fantastic for fisherman

This house is great for fisherman, plenty of room for boats/ trailers. Only complaint is mattresses on twin beds in guest room need to be replaced. If you are looking for nothing fancy but comfortable, this is the place.

Great House!

Easy to check in and get the keys! Air conditioner worked great! Enough room to park our trailers in the driveway, would definitely book this house again!

port a trip

we have stayed at this location several times and its a good location. My only negative is the place is advertised to have a dvd player...which it does not have and never has had in the past.
The island itself is rebounding greatly from the storm and the people are the reason why.
We will continue to stay here

Best Vacation Ever!!!

I was extremely satisfied, and to be honest, a little surprised at how perfect this house was for our vacation. My children and I spent a week playing on the beach and thanks to Port A Escapes we could come back to an amazing place that had everything we needed to unwind. As a single mother of two teenagers, I'll have to admit my favorite part was the master suite bed. It was like a huge cloud and it actually helped me sleep better than I have in a really long time.

Awesome House

Plenty of room ! We had a total of 7 people stay. The area of the house was nice and the sounding area was quiet. Loved the place, the beach is a 5 minute drive just may seem longer with the summer traffic.

Great Rental

The master bedroom bathtub drained very slow and the house overall was fairly clean but did need some attention to details. Several items were under the furniture and clearly missed when it had been cleaned. Also, the location had one drawback by being so close to the water treatment plant. Several mornings we woke up to have breakfast outside and were met with a strong odor of sewage.

Nice family vacation

The location of the home is in nice area a short drive to the beach, stores, restraunts. Loved that it has two king size beds in two separate rooms. This was a reason I chose this house to rent over others. Very clean, you have everything you need provided except for beach towels. The only issue we had was the trash outside was not picked up by the curb. I made a call to the rental company reported this ,it was picked up with in an hour of my call. This was a nice place with great service and we will use this rental company again in the future.

It's got all u need for a great stay.

This property has lots more than listed on amenities. It's conveniently located at the center of Port A. Wi-fi worked satisfactorily. Even they weren't listed this property included small bbq pit and lawn chairs. My family and I had a wonderful stay. Will definitely book again.

Good month in Port A!

Blue Water Fisherman was a great monthly rental for me and my dog. Comfortable, well equipped house in convenient location. Everything worked as expected. Will sleep 10, but that would be tight for daily activities. Great place for couple or smaller family. Would definitely use this house again.

Fisherman House

Nice roomy place, quite residential neighborhood on bay side, lots of parking for your boat, good a/c and hot water. Only negative is that the house is two levels with odd size steps between bedroom and the bath and kitchen, stubbed my toe more than once. Definitely would stay there again.

Nice house!

The house was the perfect size ! Close enough to water, restaurants and stores/shopping! the only compliant we had was mildewed shower curtains. :( however I had bought bleach spray & our problems were solved ! We'll stay again next year however closer to the beach! Fun in sun w the family!!
