The property also includes a convenient a grill, fish cleaning station, an outdoor shower to rinse off the sand, and a laundry room for your convenience. Inside, the cozy kitchen is equipped for all your cooking needs, and the dining area seats two. The inviting living room features a sofa sleeper, two chairs, cable TV, and Wi-Fi, ensuring a comfortable stay for all.

- A 2 night minimum stay is required.

- Contracting guests must be at least 25 years old, have a valid State Driver’s License or other acceptable ID, and be present throughout the entire stay

- This is a PET-FRIENDLY RENTAL. Pet fees are an additional $20.00+tax, per pet, per night. A maximum 3 pets are allowed. Additionally, a pet-cleaning fee is also charged, which is $50 for stays of 7 days or less, $75 for stays of 8-29 days, and $100 for stays of 30 or more days.

SUGGESTED ITEMS TO BRING:

Beach towels, extra paper goods (toilet paper, facial tissue and paper towels), extra pillows if you wish to sleep with more than one, coffee and coffee filters, spices/seasoning, extra dish soap, extra trash bags, sun block and beach gear.

Breezy Cottage July 2024
The cottage was very clean and roomy for my husband and I and our two dogs and their crates. The location was fabulous. We were disappointed that the large 55" TV that was advertised was not there in the screened in porch. Also, there was not the advertised charchoal grill for our planned steak dinner on Saturday. The management company was very quick to respond to that and brought us one on Saturday to use and we really appreciated that. The kitchen was fully stocked with utensils and pots and pans (as advertised) as well as "start up" supplies. We were disappointed that the grass had not been mowed knowing that this was a pro dog property and they would need to utilize it. The grass and weeds were very high. Also, we did not stay long enough to need the very nice detached utility room, but if we had needed it, we did not have access to it or instructions on how to unlock it. We found no key to unlock. Also, it would be nice if there were more hints on how to work the lighting and fans in the cottage. But overall, a very nice stay and we would like to stay in the future.

Perfect Beach Cottage
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property. It was well equipped with everything we needed for meal preparation and rest. We especially enjoyed the screened in porch! Great place to relax after a day at the beach. We’ll be back!

Love this property!!!!
This rental property was amazing!!!! It is just an easy 11 minute Walk to the beach and pier.... Very cozy and the screened in front porch was very comfortable hang out area as well... I will definitely be staying here again soon!!!

Couples getaway
We were actually moved to this property after our original had a damaged front door that would not shut. Britney was fantastic and moved us immediately. The one we were moved to was great. Very cute and comfortable.

Relax an rejuvenate
At first sight makes me wants to make this “ my home away from home”! The nestled breezy cottage is welcoming and inviting. With the inclosed patio why is there a reason to go inside. On breezy days with cool nights, many naps were taken here. Walking inside to the open living room, kitchen and dining room, transports you into the cottage of your dreams. The bedroom gives you privacy you need, but maintains the whole experience to cottage life. Open the blinds throughout and let the natural light in, you won’t be disappointed. The outside space and seating ties everything together. Staying at this retreat a short walk or shorter drive from the all the essentials of Port Aransas or the beach gives you the ideal location for such a getaway.

Peaceful Beach Vacation
We had a wonderful time at the breezy cottage, complete with close dining experiences and a quick drive to the beach. The house was accommodating and had plenty of room for the 4 of us. The backyard was peaceful, outdoor shower incredibly convenient, and the inclosed patio with games and tv was our favorite feature!
