Casa Coconut Cottage SPV22, a recently renovated unit! Updates on the inside include new wood-look tile throughout, fresh coastal paint, new kitchen cabinets and a new cooktop. Outside there is a huge pergola that provides shade for almost the entire yard! There is also a wooden patio area in the corner of the property with patio furniture. Situated on Alister Street in the heart of Port Aransas, this property is just a short distance away from the grocery store, restaurants, bars and other shopping. These cottages have been a fixture in Port Aransas for years and offer a truly unique location. This home features tile flooring throughout. There is a dining table and the kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator, stove, coffee maker and all the other essentials. This home can sleep 3, with a king bed in the bedroom and a sleeper sofa, ideal for children. Updated furnishings including 2 flat screen televisions, all decorated in tasteful decor. Please note: This community does not allow boats or trailers of any kind. A maximum of one standard size vehicle allowed.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

- Pet fees are an additional $25.00+tax, per pet, per night. A maximum of 2 pets allowed. Additionally, a pet-cleaning fee is also charged, which is $50 for stays of 7 days or less, $75 for stays of 8-29 days, and $100 for stays of 30 or more days.

- This community does not allow boats or trailers of any kind. This property only has enough parking for one vehicle.

- A 2-3 night minimum stay is required.

- Contracting guests must be at least 25 old, have a valid State Driver’s License or other acceptable ID, and present throughout the entire stay

- We do not accept Klarna or Affirm payments

- Cable and Wi-Fi service in Port Aransas can be unreliable due to the unique coastal environment in which we live. We appreciate your understanding that these services are beyond our control. No discounts or refunds will be given for service disruptions.

- SELF CATERING: All of our properties are self-catering. No maid or towel service is provided during your stay.

- Suggested items to bring are beach towels, extra paper goods (toilet paper, facial tissue and paper towels), extra pillows if you wish to sleep with more than one, spices/seasoning, extra trash bags, sun tan lotion/sunblock and beach gear.

- Professional cleaning to the highest standards

- Pre-arrival inspection performed by one of our team members

- Clean towels & linens. (all our properties are supplied with one set of sheets for all beds. Bath towels are supplied per number of people the house sleeps. We do not provide beach towels)

- A well-equipped kitchen. (dishes, silverware, pots, pans, coffee maker, microwave and large appliances). Note that food products such as spices or seasoning are not provided for safety reasons.

- These starter supplies are provided in the property as a convenience until you can go shopping: hand/bath soap, shampoo & conditioner, toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, dishwasher detergent, trash bags, and a sponge.

Great location - short drive to the beach, close to all shops and dining. House was very cute, yard was fenced in for my dog , king size bed.

Clean and tidy, however, AC could not keep the place cooled and the water would not regulate in the shower. Sofa was old and worn out. Master bed was also.

Okay Stay
We have booked with Port A Escapes twice now. Very friendly staff and easy booking process. (We will continue to book with them). We chose to book this house due to the yard and it’s convince compared to the other one we have stayed in. I know it is Mother Nature but we were unable to sit outside with our pups. The mosquitoes were awful, we had to hunt down some kind of lawn treatment in town so we could at least stand out there with our dogs. I wish they would have sprayed the yard before we got there. The cottage only has one AC located in the bedroom and it wasn’t cooling the place down like the other cottage we have stayed at. And there was **** roaches inside. Other than that, these places in Spanish Village are perfect for couples and their furry animals.

I love Spanish Village, and have stayed in all of the units available there. This was my first time here and I will say it was nice. The only complaint I had was the A/C unit doesn’t do a good job cooling the kitchen side of the unit, but did okay on the bedroom side.

Great little cottage.
Accommodates two with one vehicle. Microwave did not work other than than that clean and vey comfortable. Definitely will be returning.

Beach getaway
Rental was very nice, clean and very comfortable. Parking was the only negative. We only had one vehicle. Others had multiple which made Parking a little difficult. Not property's fault just a very busy holiday weekend.

Love this Cottage!
This was our second time to stay at Casa Coconut Cottage #22. We love the privacy of the yard and how pet friendly they are for our 3 fur babies. The yard is perfect for them. The King bed is so comfy and the kitchen is well stocked to cook your own meals. They have a new convection oven/microwave that works great! The location on the island is close to everything. We will be booking again!

Fun vacation cottage
Cute cottage with nice outdoor patio/deck and lots of shade. Fully fenced and very private. We enjoyed and highly recommend. Minutes from the beach, parks, restaurants and shops. Great service from staff.

Great location
The cottage was nice, clean and was in a great location. I would recommend they invest in a better a/c unit. The bedroom stayed nice and cool but the kitchen/living area stayed a little warm.
