Introducing Casa Santorini SPV25. This unit has been completely renovated after Hurricane Harvey and has a pitched roof, central air, all new furnishings and will sleep up to 4 comfortably. The property is fully fenced with a very large yard space. Situated on Alister Street in the heart of Port Aransas, this property is just a short distance away from the grocery store, restaurants, bars and other shopping. These cottages have been a fixture in Port Aransas for years and offer a truly unique location. This home features vinyl tile flooring throughout. There is a dining table and the kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator, cooktop range, coffee maker and all the other essentials. This home can sleep 4, with a king bed and a sleeper sofa in the living room. Updated furnishings including 2 flat screen televisions, all decorated in tasteful décor. Please note: This community does not allow boats or trailers of any kind. A maximum of two standard size vehicles are allowed. Golf carts count as one of the two vehicles. This is a pet friendly rental. Pet fees are an additional $25.00+tax, per pet, per night. A maximum of 2 pets are allowed. STR#: 524873

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

- A two-night minimum stay is required.

- Contracting guests must be at least 25 years old, have a valid State Driver’s License or other acceptable ID, and be present throughout the entire stay

- We do not accept Klarna or Affirm payments

- Cable and Wi-Fi service in Port Aransas can be unreliable due to the unique coastal environment in which we live. We appreciate your understanding that these services are beyond our control. No discounts or refunds will be given for service disruptions.

- This is a PET-FRIENDLY RENTAL. Pet fees are an additional $25.00+tax, per pet, per night. A maximum of 2 pets are allowed. Additionally, a pet-cleaning fee is also charged, which is $50 for stays of 7 days or less, $75 for stays of 8-29 days, and $100 for stays of 30 or more days.

Excellent Weekend
This place is in an excellent location in relation to downtown. Used a golf cart all weekend and had a blast. The Cottage is very comfortable and inviting. The back yard is large and has all the amenities you need. The BBQ pit was new and big enough to smoke a brisket if you want. You will not be disappointed staying here. 10 out of 10

3 night stay
The shower was kind of tight and the grout could've been cleaned better as there were dark spots in them. The back yard was great for the pups. The bed was comfortable. I think just a few touch ups on the walls would be appropriate. Overall, it was a good place to stay.

Fenced back yard for the Pups!
This was our third time to stay here in the past 12 months with stays over a week each time. The location is fabulous and the fenced back yard for the pups is awesome. Port A Escapes is a great group to work with. Although we love the back yard the yard has been slowly declining over the past 12 months. They are in a drought so it is expected that there would be bare spots but landscaping hasn't been trimmed and you need to bring mats, etc. for muddy paws. The BBQ grill is no longer there. All that being said, we are planning to book our next stay here in the fall!

Good substitution
The place we originally booked was over- booked so they changed it to this location. We wanted close to the beach and this location was about a mile from the beach. Nice little house tho.

Cute Little Coastal Village
The location was everything! Walking distance to several restaurants and bars and ice cream right around the corner!! First time to travel with the pups so the fenced in yard was great!

Fishing trip 2023
Second time we stay at the property. Well stocked. Clean. Although this time, our restroom sink was clogged up upon 1st use. Restroom door was offline, seemed we would need to slam shut. There was a hole in sheetrock behind Restroom door.

Fenced back yard for the Pups!
We booked for a week, sight unseen, and were very pleased with the property. Clean & well stocked with good quality dishes & utensils. The place is small but was very comfortable for 2 adults & 2 Golden Retriever's. Fenced back yard was large enough for the pups. Comfortable bed. The bathroom could use some updating but everything worked. Port A Escapes was very responsive when we had a minor problem and they sent out John, who was awesome! There is not a covered patio so if it rains you will be inside however, there are two TV's! The location is outstanding and within walking distance to many restaurants and shops. We will be back!

Tall person shower
The shower was good for a tall person. The shower head was about 7 ft high. The water sprayed on the top part of the tile. I literally had to hold my hands up to reach the water.
