Channelview CV108 is a fabulous condo is located at prestigious Channel View right on the ship channel and in the heart of Port Aransas! This condo is located on the second floor with no elevator access. Enjoy fishing from the private pier or walk to many of the fine restaurants or bars Port Aransas has to offer. This spacious 2 bedroom 2 bath condo offers everything you will need for the perfect vacation. After a long day at the beach relax in the huge heated community pool or sit and have a cocktail while watching the boats pass through the channel. Sorry, no smoking, no pets. Parking for 2 cars with required parking permit. Boat parking available, for an additional $20 per night plus tax. Please request when booking.

Great condo. Clean and comfortable. Only downside was a bad wifi connection. It was difficult to get work done with the bad wifi connection.

CV108 was Great. Only complaint is pool needed chlorine and a good cleaning. Fishing at night was very pleasant with some nice catches on cork for the kids

Great Weekend Spring Break

Totally enjoyed this condo which was clean and convenient to restaurants, shopping and fishing with the lighted pier on location. From the pier the ships, boats and dolphin were fun to watch especially with children.

Great location

Our family had a wonderful time at this condominium complex. The fishing pier was a great plus for us because everyone enjoyed the convenience. Our only negative is that the condos don’t have balconies and our particular condo, the ice maker didn’t work. We reported it but it wasn’t fixed during our stay. Otherwise it was a great stay!

Labor Day weekend

Loved the condo - had everything we needed! The fishing pier was a hit! Pool was great and we loved it was just a short golf cart ride to be at the beach! Close to all restaurants and shops too. Staff was top notch! We are already planning another trip!

Beautiful Home

The house was amazing, clean and lots of room for everyone. A few things you might need to know... Bring your own coffee (they have a normal coffee pot and a Keurig) but if you prefer coffee shops Barefoot Beans was great, They have a washing machine but you need to bring detergent (very important to get the sand out of your swimsuit). Be ready for a 2 hour wait at any restaurant, we put our names down and went back to the house for a while, 2hrs is a long wait with young kiddos.
Lots of sea shells near the pier, perfect spot for the kids to pick some up for souvenirs. Thanks again!

Winter getaway

Loved the location for walking to the beach, south jetty, and nearby restaurants. Was an easy area for daily walks. The fishing pier was a definite plus! Condo was spacious, clean, and well maintained. Furniture was good quality with a very comfortable mattress on the king size bed. We would recommend the property to friends. A crock pot in the kitchen would have been nice to have. Floors were quite wet when the weather turned cold. Considerations for the Channelview management include new grills outside, looking into insulating the roof of the parking garage to decrease the amount of condensation on the floor of the condo, and insulating the pipes in the garage area to minimize freeze risk. All staff we interacted with when making our reservation and when visiting were friendly, professional, and courteous.

Fantastic Condo for Families with Kids

The Channelview condos are fantastic for families with kids! Getting to watch ships and barges come in from the room or the pier is SO fun. Fishing at night and the pool in the afternoons, makes spending the morning at the beach easy and the afternoons fun! The condo is clean, well appointed, and in a great location. Love these condos.

Christmas Break

This place was nice and clean! This is our 2nd time here and we have been really pleased with everything including the private Pier. The only two things wrong this time were the pool was being renovated and the elevator was not working. They didn't hinder our stay in any way since it was too cold and we were only one level up. Overall it was a good stay.

Great Place

Family vacation

Great. When we arrived at 4:30 the cleaning lady was still there so we left I stuff in the room and headed for the beach. Would have preferred not leaving my stuff with a stranger but she seemed honest.

Channel View RM108

We always stay at Channel View when we visit Port A, so we are very familiar with the property. The room was clean and comfortable and as always, the private pier was great fun under the lights at night. This particular room did not have a washer and dryer, but there was a laundry room about 20 feet away. The only problem we had was the shower valve in the master bath needs to be provided hot water the first night, but subsequent nights only tepid. Other than that, our stay was great.
