This is one of the premier high end beachfront properties on Mustang Island and Port Aransas. The expansive floor plan of this home allows everyone to have quality space. Upstairs you will find an open living room, kitchen, dining area, with room for the whole family to gather. The dining area offers seating for 16 at the table and wrap around bar. The primary suite has a therapeutic King size bed and a queen size pull out sofa. There are also 3 more bedrooms and 2 full baths on this level of the home. The 2nd and 3rd bedrooms each have a Queen size bed and the 4th bedroom has 2 Queen beds. Downstairs is a second living area and full bath. There are also 2 sets of twin size bunk beds. The 6th bedroom has a King Size bed and is located on the ground floor. There is an outdoor shower on the private boardwalk that leads right to the beach. The beach is 140 feet from your back door. Enjoy the luxury this beach getaway has to offer for an extended weekend or a full week! Executive Beach Paradise has everything you will need for the perfect vacation including a Foosball table and a pool table. Please be aware there are external cameras on this property. Great location. House layout was perfect for our large and diverse family. Access to beach was fantastic. House amenities as compared to my past experience with rentals lacked basics. So be sure to take blankets, towels, hairdryer and an iron.

Condition of house is in need of TLC. Some sinks slow draining, pool table rundown, no games or cards to borrow, and several roaches in kitchen that we had to clear out on first day.

Fall Vacation
A perfect vacation home and location for a family. Port Aransas Escapes agents were very professional and helpful. The home was mostly very clean when we arrived. Five private comfortable bedrooms and the sixth is an open room with bunk beds in the game room. Very spacious kitchen and living room. This is a great place. Except for a few details, it could be a perfect 10 stay. The home has trash and debris around the outside of the home and the pool from previous guests, which we cleaned some areas for our sake. A wall mirror in the dining room was dirty, there were a few dirty pots and pans stored in the cabinets, the safety door to the stairs going to the lower floor is broken, an outside porch table and floor was very dirty, in the game room, the pool table is in the worst condition, the ping pong table paddles are barely holding together, the foosball table needs ball return system repairs. In the pool area, the pool had some clumps of hair, and two used Band-Aids found during our first swim. The pool debris net is broken. There are loose tiles on the pool edge wall. The fence around the pool has broken remnants of solar lights with sharp edges. The pool light does not work for evening swims. There is no provided outside grill. We used a grill left by a previous renter. There is a hard to see sink hole next to the driveway that should be addressed. I would stay here again and would recommend others to stay. Addressing the details mentioned would make this place the perfect 10!

A Perfect Large Group Stay
Location, Location, Location! We have a big family with little kids. We wanted direct beach access and a pool. There is a big kitchen and family room, plus enough beds and bathrooms, with a game room! This place has it all. I don't know of another place like it near Port A. We can't wait to come back.

Family Beach Vacation
We have rented this place for about 4 years now and we love everything about it .
This time the driveway was washed out and pool sandy but we cleaned it and had a wonderful time !!!!

Great location
The house is large with great beach access and a fantastic pool. We had 16 people and were able to eat together had sufficient beds etc. However the house has no beach towels the grill is really bad no commercial ice maker and no lock on a very dangerous stairwell.

Great location and space
We liked the house enough to book again next year. However felt like the house lacked a commercial ice maker. Getting ice everyday was a real hassle and could be solved by having a commercial ice maker. The other thing lacking was beach towels. Both of these were provided in our last rental in Port A. Finally the dumpster was completely full and was not picked up on Friday as showed on sheet.

Great Experience
We had a great time here. Well kept and lots of space for the entire family to stay together. We plan to stay again! My only hope is that the condos going up do not crowd the area or cause this to be less private of an experience.

We were very pleased with the home. It was the perfect VRBO for our family weekend. The house was very nice, and everyone loved being right on the beach. Fantastic Location
The location is fantastic. We felt as though we were on a private beach. Because we paid top dollar for this rental there were a few things that should have been better...There is no shelving in guest bathroom shower so toiletries had to be put on floor in dirty water. There is nowhere to put your suitcase other than the floor in all but the master bedroom. Should at least be a suitcase rack to help prevent sand and bugs from entering suitcase. The washer & dryer are much much too small for a house this size. Can only run 2-3 towels at a time which made having clean towels a chore. If you do have over 15 people the refrigerator is too small. Bring a few very good coolers. The drink cooler in basement did not work during our rental. There was no wine corkscrew or measuring cup in kitchen which was a bummer and made cooking difficult. Also, upstairs needs another table in dining/living room space, sitting around bar is not ideal. We had an issue with trash and it took me (4) calls to rectify which was not what I wanted to do on my limited vacation, be told by mgmt company to continue to leave the beach and call them. However, 4th time was a charm and I got the right person and didn't have to call again.

The property is in a perfect location, offering views, seclusion, and plenty of space for our party of 10 adults and 11 kids. There was plenty of room in the house and pool for everybody. Highly recommend!

Christmas st the beach
The location is fabulous with marvelous sunrises and sunsets. Our one concern is that there is only one table for playing cards and games. We were a game playing family of 14. We managed to borrow some tables but even a card table and chairs would be helpful.

Amazing House!!
This house was truly perfect! We had a family trip to Port A with about 18 people. There were more than enough bedrooms for the couples, lots of couches or cots to sleep on, and was very comfortable overall. The house has beach access, a private pool, pool table, etc. We couldn't have asked for more! And the management company was SO very helpful every time we called. We will most definitely be reserving this house again next year!

Aptly titled: Beach Paradise
We wanted a beach house close to the water for our family vacation. This rental was exactly as advertised, beach front.
As a group of 9 adults and 5 children under 6, we decided to do our own cooking. The kitchen does have everything you need, but I would suggest bringing your own knives for food prep.
If you don't want to cook, restaurants are only a few miles away.
A recently constructed pool is fantastic! The flip of a switch starts 3 bubbling "fountains" and a light show. The kids absolutely loved it!
The spacious Jacuzzi in the master bath has strong jets and is pretty amazing. It fills slowly, so plan accordingly.
There are a couple of improvements needed. It could use mats inside the sliding door from the beach and the private boardwalk is very slick the last 6 feet before the sand. The last board has a small strip of grip tape(?), but the entire slope needs to have some type of non-slip treatment. Just be sure to hold on to the railing at that point. There is an outdoor shower halfway up the boardwalk and 2 more by the pool. So convenient! I'm sure the "private property" signs are taken down by beach-goers, so you do get strangers using the boardwalk shower on occasion. They may have tried to lock the gate at the beach end of the walkway, but, again, probably a losing proposition.
This is an updated, beautiful, comfortable beach house with a breathtaking view from the porch and ample space for large groups.
We brought a cabana tent for the beach. It was stolen the 2nd day when went inside the house for lunch. That's our bad. Just do not leave anything you don't want stolen on the beach or position them so that you have a clear view from the porch.
We highly recommend this spectacular beach rental. We will definitely return for our next beach vacation.

60th Birthday bash
When I walked into the house I said this was so much more that I expected. Tons of room for everyone. Ages ranged from my 88 year old father to my 4 month old grandson. A virtually private beach in front of us. We had a total of 21 family members. Planning on doing it again next year. Excited that there will be a pool by then.

Amazing Stay!

Multi-family beach vacation
Rental experience was really good! Our beach house provided plenty of room for our large group of 19. The kitchen was ideal for cooking, and the large back porch was HUGE! The views were amazing! One suggestion would be to have a grill for renters to use. The beach traffic was a little heavy, but overall great experience.

The Perfect Getaway Spot
When they call this a beach front home, that is no joke. The view from the back porch was amazing. We spent hours just sitting out there drinking coffee and watching the waves in peace. There were several other locations that boasted beach views and beach front spots, but after seeing them all in person this is the only one I think can really live up to its description. Everything inside the home was amazing too. The kitchen was stocked full of various appliances from your typical coffee maker and toaster to your more exciting waffle maker and air fryer. The game room downstairs was awesome when you wanted to just play. There really was nothing about this place that disappointed. I can't think of a better spot to spend a family vacation.

Big Time House
Rented this place for a Bachelor Party/Fishing Trip (18 guys). Slept everyone one very comfortably. Pictures do not do it justice. There is a lot of space. Overall a clean well kept house. Has just about everything you need, pool table, ping pong, Foosball, sound system, etc. It does sit next to another property but you hardly notice that its there. Private beach access is awesome, fishing was good. Definitely will be coming back to this house.

Literally RIGHT on the beach!
Our yearly family get together at Port A is usually at a nearby resort since we have small children involved, but the dates didn't match their re-opening date after the hurricane last year. We decided to rent a house on the beach to accommodate all the people. This house more than fit the bill. It's located south of Port Aransas by about 9 miles, but is literally on the beach and has two huge vacant fields/areas on either side. There is one house neighboring, but there is a privacy fence between. The house was fully remodeled due to damage from the storm. Fresh paint, new flooring and nice cabinetry. The kitchen is fully stocked with supplies. There are so many electric appliances to use and saw at least three ricers!!! Then there was no can opener, so we bought and left a cheap manual opener The kitchen has so much storage space for your things. The master bedroom is fantastically huge and the bed very comfy. There's a walk-in shower as well as a giant jacuzzi tub that fit all four grandkids. Lots of closet space available there. There were two other bathrooms upstairs as well and three more bedrooms. The back porch is so nice and big with breezes cooling you in the worst heat. The (no steps) boardwalk to the beach is very short and easy. Be careful of the sandy incline near the beach. Slippery even with shoes on. We just went barefoot and carried our shoes. The game tables were not in yet, but the downstairs is really nice. There is a full bathroom and a TV/sitting area and small kitchenette. There is also a king bedroom down there, but no private bathroom. The two sets of bunk beds are out in the open by the sitting area. The house is a work in progress, so we wish them luck getting thing set up. Non-glasstop end tables needed, a recliner or two... Loved our stay!! Would come back.

Wedding rental
Rented this house for our wedding, pre hurricane Harvey. It was nice then, not sure if the hurricane affected this house or not, but by the time our wedding came around it was completely re modeled with a new boardwalk and paint job. Absolutely beautiful!! Spacious, immaculate interior and enormous wrap around deck perfect for our reception!

Mom's 85th Birthday Weekend
The house was amazing the view and the access to the beach helped us get our 85 year old mother to join us at the beach. Had games downstairs for the kids which they loved.

Perfect house when you love spending time at the beach!!
Our family came together from across Texas and had an awesome time at the house. We especially loved having the beach boardwalk right off our back porch!! The beds were comfortable and the kitchen great to cook and hang out in.

Wonderful home and GREAT Port A Escapes service. Some of the mattresses are almost impossibly noisy...and the kitchen - though beautiful - is not well stocked with utensils, etc. Otherwise, it's the best vacation rental ever!!!!!

New Years Weekend on the Beach
The beach house was perfect for our holiday weekend away from the city. We loved the convenient beach location and being set apart from the larger condos and housing developments in Port A. The beds and sleeping arrangement was very comfortable even for 12 adults. The house had some loose fixtures and the ice machine didn't work, but the weather was cool all weekend so the lack of ice did not make a big impact on our experience. The property was clean and had all the expected amenities for a beach rental. Port A Escapes was very easy to work with for the entire reservation process. It was cold and rained most of our weekend, but our group still managed to get out to the beach for fishing and some bird watching. We would love to return to this property sometime in the summer!

Great place!
Our group was 3 families, 6 adults and 8 kids. The house was the perfect size and the lower level was perfect for the older kids. Each family had its own bathroom (very high on our priority list). The best part was it was safe and secure. Great location too - we brought groceries and never left the house the whole trip; we utilized the kitchen in a major way! Access to the beach was ideal also. Great deck with ocean view!

Perfect house right on the beach. Had 6 adults and 3 - 18 year olds who had just graduated high school. The loved the privacy of the did we. Great location - great home - super property management - one of my sons has already reserved it for his wedding in October. I'm ready to do again.

Property was great. Next to the beach with private boardwalk over the dunes. It was end of December into January and unseasonably cold, but we enjoyed the family hang time. I think you have to be creative to get the number of sleeping spots promised.

Weekend Getaway - Friends and Family
We were very impressed with the facility but there were a few sliding doors not functioning properly. We also had a hard time understanding how to use the AV TV and sound system but other than that we were very satisfied.

Lifetime Memory
This home has everything you need to make a wonderful getaway. We loved being so close to the beach and all the comforts inside the home. We enjoyed sitting on the back deck in the evening and hearing the waves, awesome! I recommend this property to anyone who wants a place close enough to town and far enough away to feel private.

Family Friendly Vacation Escape
Central vacation spot for family gathering from Houston, Austin and San Antonio. Most impressed with the large kitchen, family room, bathrooms, porch and privacy. Young adults loved the game room downstairs. Plenty of towels and sheets but needed blankets for the pull out couches. Was surprised there was not a bar-b-que pit provided. Now that we know what additional items are needed we will definitely be back for more fun in the sun.

Annual Family Trip
Upon arrival there was no TV access for 1st 24 hours of our 3 day stay (Soccer fans disappointed), & fridge not very cold. Property management did finally correct the issues. One toilet issue, no plunger. Otherwise we loved the roomy beach house, great location, beach area really nice. The large deck with fantastic chairs was the family's favorite spot!

Excellent Vacation Home
We were very impressed by the property. The large home was beautifully appointed and immaculate. The second largest bedroom seemed warmer than the rest of the house (we did not say anything about it) --just turned on our box fan) and the basement game room was very warm BUT that was repaired the next day. Beautiful getaway overall!

Best Weekend of Our Lives!
Hosted our wedding at the Executive Beach Paradise House and it was pretty much perfect.
Small mishaps with the fridge and clogged shower, but management was there right away to solve the problems. The house is beautiful and you cant get any closer to the beach. Ceremony at the beach, party at the house. Another benefit is the house is not in a neighborhood so we didn't have to worry about noise complaints. Everyone loved the house and we highly recommend it! Can't wait to come back for our anniversary :)

Nice stay you get what you pay for

Perfect getaway!
This was a great experience and we plan to spend every opportuinity we can going back. Short walk to beach....maybe 50 feet, games, beautiful home (I want to live there) kids had a great time, plenty of room, we had beds left over, the whole house was GREAT.....a memory we will never forget. Very nice, clean property. Everyone had a nice stay. The back door locks didn't work because they were weathered due to the house facing the beach. Other than that I would recommend this property to anyone looking to sleep 12 to 20 people. Great place with lots of room

Mother/Daughter Weekend
My hometown friend group and our daughters came to the beach for a long weekend. The house was wonderful and the location perfect. The beach was very convenient to come and go, and the back porch perfect for visiting and still getting to see and hear the Gulf of Mexico. We loved every minute of our stay!

Super Beach Retreat!
This beach house is "THE BOMB"! It is located right on the beach with your own boardwalk. The deck is covered so it was perfect for my elderly mom. The bedrooms are huge and the beds are comfortable. My only suggestion would be a couple of throws for comfort when watching tv.
