Introducing Flamingo Fun MC103 at Mango Cay in Port Aransas! This stunning property is now available for your next vacation to Port Aransas. Offering a three-story configuration with a roof-top deck! As you ascend the stairs, you'll discover three bedrooms and two bathrooms. The two primary bedrooms boast king-sized beds, while the third bedroom is equipped with a twin over full bunk bed & twin trundle. Additionally, there's a comfortable sleeper sofa in a flex room that could serve as a 4th bedroom.

The open living room and kitchen create a welcoming space for socializing. Spacious carport that will accommodate up to four midsize cars and a convenient fenced outdoor space complete with a turf grass lawn. Great space for lounging or playing outdoor games. Conveniently located right across from the community pool and hot tub & just a short walk to the beach, restaurants, golf cart rental, and shops.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

- A 2 night minimum stay is required.

- Contracting guests must be at least 25 old, have a valid State Driver’s License or other acceptable ID, and present throughout the entire stay

- This is a PET-FRIENDLY RENTAL. Pet fees are an additional $20.00+tax, per pet, per night. Two pets weighing a maximum of 30lbs are allowed. Additionally, a pet-cleaning fee is also charged, which is $50 for stays of 7 days or less, $75 for stays of 8-29 days, and $100 for stays of 30 or more days.

- Cable and Wi-Fi service in Port Aransas can be unreliable due to the unique coastal environment in which we live. We appreciate your understanding that these services are beyond our control. No discounts or refunds will be given for service disruptions.

Great spot, Close to the beach
We had a great time at the beach this weekend. The spot was perfect close to beach and a great pool. Loved the layout of the condo.

Fit for a Family and More
My husband and I, our 2 daughters and their families were super happy with Flamingo Fun. The spaces were beautifully decorated, all beds were ever so comfy,bathrooms off every bedroom was so smart. The kitchen and living space accommodated all needs of the 10 of us. Location Location location. We walked to the beach and love having the the Bier Haus right across the street complete with a band on the weekend nights. Parking underneath the condo was great and it was super convenient to be able to rinse off in the garage shower before heading upstairs. We loved the pool configuration. An evening swim was always on the menu. Our absolute favorite was the condo elevator that allowed us to unload and load our luggage into the elevator and drop items off on the floor they belonged on. Also, allowed my husband, a disabled vet to move freely from floor to floor without using the stairs in this 3 story until. We will definitely be staying here again in the near future. It was a WIN WIN for us.

Perfect Family Get Away
I can't wait to re-book this vacation rental for our family Port Aransas vacations. The location to the beach, food and golf cart rentals is perfect. The space gave our family of 7 enough room (and bathrooms for our mostly girls)to feel spread out and not cramped. We were able to easily fit two trucks, one SUV and a golf cart in the parking area. The property management team was very helpful and kind. I whole heartedly recommend!
