Flip Flop Life OV22's main living area is decorated with warm tropical colors and has a comfortable living room with plenty of seating for entertainment. The gourmet kitchen is just off of the living room. The large dining table just between the living room and kitchen has seating for 8, with 3 more at the breakfast bar and an additional high top table for 4 additional people. During those breaks between the beach there are many board games to pick from, an Xbox for the kids and kids at heart, and even a foosball table downstairs. The Flip Flop Life primary bedroom includes a king-size bed, flat-screen TV, and private en-suite bath. The amazing colors and textures found in this room give it a luxurious feel. Just down the hall, there is a second master bedroom with a king-size bed, flat-screen TV, and private en-suite bath. The bunk room offers two twin over twin bunk beds as well as a flat-screen TV with an Xbox gaming console. Lastly, the second guest room offers a queen-size bed along with a flat-screen TV. Flip Flop Life is located just two minutes from the beach in a small group of 32 homes surrounding a community pool and private fishing pond. The pond has catch and release fishing and you can sit on the balcony and view the wildlife such as ducks, turtles and blue heron’s that make this pond home. The community pool is only 2 houses down from Flip Flop Life and is perfect for relaxing on the lounge chairs. STR# 529411

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

- A 2-3 night minimum stay is required.

- Contracting guests must be at least 25 old, have a valid State Driver’s License or other acceptable ID, and present throughout the entire stay

- This is a PET-FRIENDLY RENTAL. Pet fees are an additional $20.00+tax, per pet, per night. A maximum of 3 pets is allowed. Additionally, a pet-cleaning fee is also charged, which is $50 for stays of 7 days or less, $75 for stays of 8-29 days, and $100 for stays of 30 or more days.

A Week in Port A in the Winter

Very nice, large rental. Plenty of room to spread out with just the 2 of us and our dog. Beautifully decorated with great beach- themed colors and decor. Large, well equipped kitchen. Plenty of hot water and great showers.
Loved the down stairs living area, but a bit cold to spend a lot of time there.
Communications, checkin and checkout very easy.. We’re in our 70s and it was especially nice that Port A Escapes maintenance people did all the heavy lifting in unloading and loading our car.
Neighbors were all so friendly. Enjoyed visiting with them and their dogs
We’ll definitely be back and Port A Esparza will be our first choice for VRBO rentals.

Wonderful Vacation HOuse!

We stayed at this rental house and it was absolutely perfect! There was plenty of room, it was close to all the restaurants and the beach! We had one incident with our TV and it was fixed within 2 hours!

Flip Flop Life Family Vacation

We stayed at Flip Flop Life for 6 nights. There were two families (a total of 8 people) on vacation.
The house worked out great for us. It was a great location and accommodated the 8 of us very well. The golf cart was a wonderful addition. The house was in a great location to the beach and restaurants. I would stay there again.

Overall, this was another great vacation in Port A. The house was in a great location, super clean, plenty of seating in the living/kitchen area, comfortable beds, easy to find and get to from the beach with the golf cart that is also included. This property was perfect for our group of 8! Communication with owner was always timely, and the house was clean and had everything we needed. Proximity to beach was awesome as well!! We would stay here again for sure!

Great Place!!

Great space for 9 people. Great amenities- washer and dryer, etc. Plenty of room for gathering in the social area. Loved the long table for meals and games. The golf cart was a major plus!!! The outdoor shower was awesome. We would definitely come back!! We have been coming to Port A for many years and I think we finally found a place to try to come back to next year!!

Wonderful Stay

A group of us stayed here for a family reunion and had a great time! The house was big and spacious enough for all of us, it was clean, the amenities were great, and it was close access to everything we needed.
The included golf cart was a game changer and the outside area was perfect for unloading after the beach and hanging out in the evenings.

I can't say enough great things about this spot. We would 100% stay here again and hope to again next year!
