Loved it, felt private and secure and comfortable. Great house for little kids, had a pool right out the back gate very secure, easy to access! We really enjoyed this place!

Each year I go down to Port Aransas and stay at a different location. I really did enjoy my stay at Good vibes. Loved the location. The place was very nice and clean. I travel with little kids and so this location is nice because I don't have to worry about strangers being around my girls. I definitely plan on booking with them again for next year's trip. The only thing about the location that bothered me was that I had to request the information to know where I was going. I have booked with corday escapes before but this was the first time that I literally was asking texting for the directions of where to go to right before I left Austin. Thank you it was lovely!

This was a beautiful condo with a lot of comfortable space. It was perfect for my family of four. It had lovely decorations, board games to play, and the amenities. The pool was nice and the location was close to everything.
The only negative were the beds. They were absolutely awul. They were hard, the sheets were like paper, and the pillows were flat. No one in the family got good sleep because of this. Hopefully the owners see the reviews about the beds and replace them. If it wasn't for the beds, the place would be perfect.

Rent this place! We loved it and will be back. We have stayed many places on our annual beach trip and good vibes only was the best place we have rented yet! 10 stars!! Very clean! We had a leak we noticed when we went to wash a load of clothes but a quick call to the emergency line and they had a maintenance person there quickly. Turned out to be a clogged A/C line. Technician was very pleasant and got it taken care of quickly. They called to check on us the next day as well. That didn't effect our stay at all- things happen :-) Only thing I would suggest is a better way to get into the pool with the playground as those codes expire and we had a hard time getting in.

The house was perfect! Plenty of room with everything you need. Loved the keyless entry and the close proximity to the pools. The only downside was not being able to rent a golfcart due to the location of the property. That should be disclosed before it is rented.

House was clean, and ready to go in a timely manner. Maybe add a few extra blankets but other than that it was great! Also the two papers that were in the house with check out Instructions had 2 different temperatures listed for check out. One said 75, the other said 78. That was a tad confusing.

We enjoyed our stay at Good Vibes Only and location is perfect. The property was very clean and everything was provided. The thing we enjoyed the most was the privacy every unit has. The grandkids loved the pool and it was only a few steps away which was very convenient. We would definitely come back and stay here next year! The whole check in and check out process was very easy too.

The location of this property is fantastic, on the marina side of the island and closer to the ferry end of 361. The property was very quiet and the people staying there seemed to keep to themselves. The unit was fantastic and we didn't go without. The patio was great to sit out on and relax. The amenities were fantastic and we really enjoyed the two pool options. My only wish would be that one pool be designated for adults only but if you time it right, there weren't even too many people at one time any way.

The home is well appointed and VERY clean and comfortable. We had plenty of towels, TP and paper towels. The kitchen was fully equipped.

The location is close to town, there are shops and restaurants nearby. It’s across the highway from the beach, but since you can park on the beach, it wasn’t a problem.

Our stay at Admirals Quarters 103PB was perfect for the week. The condo is conveniently located closer to town but not on the beach side. We were positioned between the two pools and barbecue pits so that was great. The condo was very clean and had all the necessary kitchen equipment. The dishwasher did not work well but that has been reported. The two bedrooms were very comfortable with king sized beds and adjoining baths. We loved having the enclosed patio with an outdoor shower for cleaning up after our beach trips. We will surely try to rent this property again for future visits. The property manager lived in the next door unit and he was very pleasant and helpful. I have already made recommendations of this property to family members. Since we were traveling with a 1 1/2 year old, we only ate three meals out during the week. Eats was terrific for brunch, Virginia's waterside for lunch and San Juan for breakfast tacos as we departed the island. We were sad to leave the island and the great time we had in Port Aransas while living on island time.

Absolutely loved this home! Very clean and spacious. I have 2 babies and I like the closed in, private patio. The pool was a hop, skip and jump away! Gas station was in walking distantance. Defiantly staying every time we visit Port A!

Overall, my stay was very enjoyable. This was a pleasant unit very well laid out with good use of all the space. My only issues were Dirty dishes in the cabinets ie, pots and pans, silverware and plates and bowls. Large serving bowl was broken and left in the cabinet, that should have been removed before my arrival. The big light fixture above kitchen was not properly fitting, I called and they sent someone out immediately to correct the issue.(thank you) I was very happy overall.

A few things didn't work, but overall very nice. Living room couch was not comfortable. Missing remote. No outside lights, WiFi not working. Very beautiful at poolside. Quite. Too far from beach. Very pricey, next time I will look across highway.

We loved this cottage for our family of four! The pools were beautiful and clean and the groundskeeper that we met was super friendly and helpful when asked about the local area food and activities.
The girls at PortAEscapes were very friendly and helped us get all that we wanted and not spend money we didn't need to on properties that weren't a good fit-we have had that experience with another rental company.
We will definitely be back to stay!

This condo looks really nice in your online pics-it's even nicer in person. We had a wonderful and relaxing stay. Everything was well stocked and in pristine condition. The on premises pools were so convenient for our son not to mention Pizza Hut in walking distance.(it was a twelve year olds dream spot)

Pirate's Bay was gorgeous and the everything was very new and sparkly, but our condo had a pitiful assortment of cooking tools. There were no grill tools, not even a decent cheese grater! Also, the "grills" at the pool were actually smokers with large flat grates, not actual grill grates. Weird. Every other aspect was clean and comfortable as you'd expect from a new development.

We had a great time even though it was cold and raining. The place was really clean and cozy. I just wish the pool was heated and I would return in the winter time. Front door was jammed so we had to fight with it every time. No coffee filters so be sure to take your own. Over all we enjoyed our getaway from home.

This was a very nice condo & decorated with some very tropical decorations! My kids loved their room and were very happy to have their own TV with some of their favorite shows. I was home away from home. The only suggestion I have would be to replace the cushions on the living area couch. They were flattened out and stained. We also didn't have a good connection for our cell phones and wi-fi was not available. Other than those 3 things, everything was great. This place was very cozy and the private pool around the corner was great versus the crowded main pool. Would pick this condo again!

Recommend the owner shutter the 2nd bedroom window, as neighbors have done, from the outside due to the recent opening of the Hampton Inn with its all-night parking lot flood lights. It was as bright as daylight in the room and my daughter could not sleep so we had to buy some aluminum foil and masking tape to black out the window. Otherwise a great property and great condo.

This is a great property if you have kids. The pool and playground were an A+ for our son. The beach access was close and easy to find. The condo was clean, roomy, and nicely decorated. The only very minor issues were that the TV in the master didn't work (management did send someone to look at it but he was not able to get it working) and the window coverings in the 2nd bedroom did not block much light out (lights from parking area are very bright at night.) These small issues would not deter us from staying here again.

A couple of friends invited me on a last minute trip to Port A for the Beach to Bay marathon. I was worried I wouldn't be able to find any reasonable accomodations, but was extremely satisfied with the Pirate's Bay property. The entire reservation process was seamless and went off without a hitch. I would definitely recommend this property to anyone looking for accomodations in Port A and look forward to my next visit.

We absolutely loved The Cottages at Pirates Bay. When looking on line at different places to stay, the tropical look of the cottages and pool were very attractive to me and the pictures really didn't do it justice. This is a beautiful place and only a few minutes from all the action (beach, restaurants, shops and bars). We were running a few minutes late upon arrival and the personnel at Port A Escapes were very accommodating. We are already planning our next trip. Thanks Port A Escapes and Pirates Bay for a great girl's weekend!

We had a wonderful time in the beautiful and nicely fitted out Admiral's Quarters in Pirate's Bay. Only two complaints: the construction noise and mess next door was a bit unpleasant, and the coffee maker didn't work. But the nice coffee shop down the road solved the second problem, and we hope the construction will be completed by the time we return. Oh yes, I think we will be returning!

The condo was fantastic! There are actually 2 pools and a playground in the complex as well. Just right for a family. The condo itself is comfortable and well appointed.

The only downside is that the property REALLY needs curtains to block out all the security lights outside at night. There are blinds, but we had to hang towels over the bedroom windows so that we could sleep. Also be prepared that there is construction on the other side of the parking lot. The noise that goes along with it starts at 6:30 am! (That of course is a temporary concern though.)

All in all this place was great and we will be back!

We enjoyed our stay at the Admiral's Quarters. It was just the right size for a couple and a teenager. We each had a bedroom and bathroom. The kitchen was well equipped and the entire unit was nicely decorated and clean.
