Goose's Roost PPT106 is a spacious townhouse in the beautiful Paradise Pointe community. Upon entering the home you will notice the primary king bedroom with an ensuite bath. As you ascend the stairs to the spacious living area, you will notice the sliding doors to deck with plenty of seating for the whole family. The fully equipped kitchen will have everything you need to cook your catch of the day. The other two king bedrooms will also be found upstairs. There is also an extra fridge in the garage and an in house ice maker that makes 300 lbs a day, a backyard area to cookout! Goose's Roost has got what you need! Great vacation rental

Goose’s Roost was the right choice for a rental. The pictures were accurate but it was better in person. Rooms were a great size. Beds were so comfortable. Kitchen was fully stocked. This kitchen was equipped with more items than any other rental we have stayed at. It was very relaxing to sit outside in the outdoor patio area. Great location. The elevator was a bonus especially for my disabled parents. Highly recommend this location.

Relaxing and Fun Getaway

Goose's Roost was a great getaway. Love the beach theme decor. The rooms were all spacious and nice. This unit has a huge garage so plenty of parking and storage for all your beach supplies. The pool is shared but it was very clean and quiet. We had it to ourselves most of our stay. Very short drive to the beach and super close to all restaurants and bars.

Looking forward to our next visit!
