Introducing Lucky Dog Cottage SC1. This gorgeous coastal cottage is located right in the heart of Port Aransas—walking distance to the restaurants and shops. The first floor will invite you into an open living room and kitchen. An alcove bedroom offering a twin over twin bunk bed. You will also find a half bath, washer, dryer and ice maker! Upstairs you will find 3 bedrooms, and 2 full baths. The first bedroom has a king size bed and a private bath. The second, offers a king sharing a bathroom with, the 3rd bedroom offering 2 twin beds. There is plenty of room to park a boat. The beach is just a quick ride away. This cozy complex also offers a community pool shared by only 10 homes. Please be aware: This home does have external cameras. STR# 382860

- A two-night minimum stay is required.

- Contracting guests must be at least 25 old, have a valid State Driver’s License or other acceptable ID, and present throughout the entire stay

- This is a PET-FRIENDLY RENTAL. Pet fees are an additional $25.00+tax, per pet, per night. A maximum of 3 pets are allowed. Additionally, a pet-cleaning fee is also charged, which is $50 for stays of 7 days or less, $75 for stays of 8-29 days, and $100 for stays of 30 or more days.

Great spot!
We absolutely loved our long weekend at the Lucky Dog Cottage. It was perfect for us and our dogs. Great location, nicely decorated, fully stocked. We will be back!

My family and I enjoyed our stay at the Lucky Dog Cottage. The house was clean and organized it had everything you would need to make you feel at home. This made it even better because we spent more time in the home the first few days due to weather. The only issue I had was we could not use the garage to securely store our fishing equipment and other items. This was one of the reasons that we chose this property. I will take it as lesson learned and will do a better job of asking questions about the property's we book in the future.

Customer service is top notch
We had some problems with the appliances the first half of our stay which was over a weekend. The maintenance man was so nice and because our stove and oven were not working he brought us some more propane for the grill. While everything was fixed it did take several days. After our stay I reached out to Port Aransas Escapes and they were so helpful! The house is very well set up and the beds are comfortable, I would bring your own pillows though. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you will need during your stay. The location is great close to the IGA and the beach is just a couple of streets away.

Loved it!
This unit was great for our family vacation.. we had so much fun. Close to the pool. This unit has a wraparound porch area next to a dirt road for easier vehicle access than most. The only problem we had was the freezer went out, fortunately the refrigerator continued to work. The maintenace people were awesome and supplied us with a huge ice chest filled with ice throughout our stay!! Hope they get the freezer repaired soon. We had a great time!

Excellent Design
We absolutely loved our stay. The location is great! The kitchen is stocked with everything you need. Plenty of space. The outdoor space is wonderful and great for gathering! You won't be disappointed with this rental. We will return. It's at the top of our lists for Port A stays.
