As you ascend the stairs, you'll discover three bedrooms and two bathrooms. The two primary bedrooms boast king-sized beds, while the third bedroom is equipped with a twin over full bunk bed & twin trundle. Additionally, there's a comfortable sleeper sofa in a flex room that could serve as a 4th bedroom.

The open living room and kitchen create a welcoming space for socializing. Spacious carport that will accommodate up to four midsize cars and a convenient fenced outdoor space complete with a synthetic lawn. Great space for lounging or playing outdoor games. Conveniently located right across from the community pool and hot tub & just a short walk to the beach, restaurants, golf cart rental, and shops.

BEDROOM CONFIGURATION

- Bedroom 4: Queen-size sleeper sofa

- Sofa sleeper in the living area

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

- A two-night minimum stay is required.

- Contracting guests must be at least 25 old, have a valid State Driver’s License or other acceptable ID, and present throughout the entire stay

- This is a PET-FRIENDLY RENTAL. Pet fees are an additional $20.00+tax, per pet, per night. Two pets weighing a maximum of 30lbs are allowed. Additionally, a pet-cleaning fee is also charged, which is $50 for stays of 7 days or less, $75 for stays of 8-29 days, and $100 for stays of 30 or more days.

- We do not accept Klarna or Affirm payments

- Cable and Wi-Fi service in Port Aransas can be unreliable due to the unique coastal environment in which we live. We appreciate your understanding that these services are beyond our control. No discounts or refunds will be given for service disruptions.

Spectacular TownHouse!

What a great trip... Beautiful townhouse, decor is precious and thoughtful. Plenty of beds, linens and towels. Kitchen and master on 3rd floor, guest rooms and den on 2nd. Elevator was super handy! Pool very cool and close.. loved listing to band at the Bier Haus at night on the patio.

Birthday get away��

This town home was the Bomb�� We were the first tenants, and it was awesome. Well furnished, kitchen appliances, elevator to carry our groceries , suitcases etc. We met the owners and they were great !!!! Close to beach, outside corner restaurant , walking distance to all you can eat �� Owner said they would be putting in a private pool for each home. We will definitely be going back ��Manager was very kind and ready to help...
