Tile floors throughout! Meticulously maintained beach retreat! Ground level includes a big laundry room & covered patio! There are bunk beds on this level. This ground level space is NOT INTERNALLY connected to the main level. The main level includes huge deck with Gulf views, living, dining, kitchen, 2 bedrooms & 1 full bath. The 3rd level of this home is a private King suite retreat. Smoking is not permitted inside the home. This home is located far enough outside of town that the beach is quiet and the shelling is great. Lost Colony Villas offers spaciousness and privacy, community swimming pool, and direct beach access! Sorry, no pets allowed. No garage access.

Great family beach vacation home
We truly enjoyed out stay. The house was lovely and had plenty of room for us - 6 adults and four kids. The downstairs was great fro my daughter , son in law and their 3 children. The upstairs was nice for my son, daughter in law, their toddler, my husband and myself. Was also large enough for all of us to enjoy. We loved the deck. It’s a hike to the beach. We got a beach pass to load a vehicle with beach goodies. One of us would drive it, the rest of us walked. The outside shower was enjoyed by all.

Beach Getaway
Pelican Place was a great beach rental and Port A Escapes was awesome to work with. There were a couple issues when we first got to the rental and within 30 mins a repair man was there and everything was taken care of. Close enough to the beach to walk and the pool was nice as well.

Great Family-Sized Home
Our family had a great time visiting our favorite summer vacation spot, Port A. Pelican Place is in a great location and being a little way down Mustang Island and between the beach access roads, the boardwalk affords guests a much less crowded beach experience. We had plenty of space on the beach, which was easily accessed with a short walk from the house.

The house was clean and the kitchen was extremely well-equipped for cooking. Having 3 showers (plus a shower outside) was great for rinsing off at the end of the beach day. And the patio has plenty of seating and tables to enjoy time outside.

It would be nice if Lost Colony condos had more visitor parking. We were there with family that were staying elsewhere and it was hard to have everyone over to visit.

Great location and room for everyone
This cute home is the perfect getaway. Easy access to the beach. There’s plenty of room for 10 people. The bunk room is downstairs and not accessible from
Inside the house, so it’s perfect for older kids and adults.
