It is only 3 doors from the sparkling community pool and easy access to the Palmilla Golf Course. There is a limit to two vehicles at this condo, smoking is not permitted. There is no garage access.

- A 2-3 night minimum stay is required.

- Contracting guests must be at least 25 old, have a valid State Driver’s License or other acceptable ID, and present throughout the entire stay

- This is a PET-FRIENDLY RENTAL. Pet fees are an additional $20.00+tax, per pet, per night. A maximum of 3 pets are allowed. Additionally, a pet-cleaning fee is also charged, which is $50 for stays of 7 days or less, $75 for stays of 8-29 days, and $100 for stays of 30 or more days.

Lovely Place!

The house was clean and just a short distance from the beach. The only warning I would give is that parking is tight if you have larger vehicles but other than that, this is a great place to stay!!

Sweet Space

The space is set up great with plenty of room for the entire family. The cable and WiFi is unpredictable but the nearness to the beach and other amenities is great.

Beach vacation - Sandy Seashell

We enjoyed staying at this condo very much. It was comfortable and fairly quiet. We had trouble with the wifi, but management resolved that with a visit to the condo. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes and utensils, etc. We were traveling with pets and that all worked well also.

Gulf side #3

Many things I liked and a few I didn’t. I liked being close to the beach. We enjoyed the heated pool several times. The patio was nice. The cramped downstairs bathroom was not great. The kitchen does not work for more than one person. Storage space in the kitchen was inadequate. I bought myself a can opener and requested decent pots and pans which the owner bought.

Family Vacation

The property was a great location and very nice for large families. The only differences were there are NOT 2 queen beds, however, we contacted management and they provided an option for us which was very helpful. Also, the dryer did not dry very well which created a problem when you have 11 people. The patio needed the weeds cut down. Overall, a good stay!

Great Condo!

My family and I stayed here to celebrate my 60th birthday and had a blast. This condo is very nice, beds are comfy, love the washer & dryer and we had everything we needed to cook a nice dinner, swim in the pool and enjoy our stay. There was something wrong with the refrigerator but the maintenance man came and checked it very quickly. All in all, a very nice place to stay. I'll be back!

Patterson/Johnson 2018

Check in was easy. Communication was great with VRBO. Condo was very clean and was exactly what we expected. We were extremely happy with our condo and our experience with our vacation rental experience. We had never used VRBO before, but will sure be using them again.

Spring Break Fun

I took a bunch of seniors for Spring break. Weather was great, Port A is returning after last years storms and this condo was very nice, clean, and spacious. The photos don't do it justice. Furniture, beds very comfortable. Needed a trashcan in the downstairs bathroom and request for grill came but too late for it to be useful...minor inconveniences.

Lovely weekend away!

We were meeting a large crew down in Port A for our yearly family vacation and were thrilled to find this condo so close to the RV park where the rest of our group was staying, and also so close to the beach. The condo was beautiful, clean upon arrival, and a perfect size for our group! Plenty of beds and bathrooms event for a larger group. Next year we hope to rent the same property if it's available! Easy check in, even after hours, and clear directions for clean up at the end of our stay. Right on the price for this property!

AWESOME VACATION

It was my 55th birthday celebration with 8 friends and family. Rooms were very nicely decorated, plenty of space for everyone. Back patio had room for all. Beach was within walking distance. We rented a golf cart which really added to the fun.

The size of was good for a group composed of adults and children as there were 2 gathering sites. If using just one rather small. Eating was a challenge as table sat 4 and bar 2 for inside dining. Outside view was of a fence but numerous chairs. Kitchen equipment should be updated and slight issue with cockroches but they were dying.

Clean and spacious

We stayed here last minute for spring break. Two families and there was plenty of room to spread out. Everything was clean and current- I would definitely stay here again and recommend the management company- it was a smooth trip.

**Side note - because it's on the beach access road, it's the main road to the spring break crowd so just be fore-warned. It didn't bother us at all, but I could see it would if you were wanting to avoid that crowd.

The one and only thing I was disappointed with was that the DVD players on both televisions were not in working order. Further, there were instructions not to attach your own and change the input. This was quite a disappointment considering we were paying $320 per night.

Other than that, we loved the condo, loved the location, loved everything. The washer and dryer were lifesavers. We packed fairly light because we didn't have to worry about clean clothes for six straight days. And, being able to cook there in the condo saved us a chunk of change because eating out is expensive for a family of six.

It would have been nice to use the garage to store our chairs and such overnight, but the neighborhood was quite nice and we actually didn't worry about leaving our things outside. There seemed to be families on either side.

Oh, I have to say that the pool was GREEN, and yucky. Forgot about that.

I know this sounds like we didn't like the place. We most definitely did, there were just those couple of items that didn't fit with what we were expecting.

The best part of all was that we had plenty of room and we could walk to the beach, then drive 5-10 minutes to eat at any number of great restaurants. We will definitely try to book with you again.

Great vacation

Loved that we were walking distance to beach. Satisfied with management taking care of any problems such as very noisy neighbors. The only complaint would be the first floors didn't look like they were cleaned, no salt/pepper and should have bigger frying
pans. Overall it was a great place and had a wonderful time!!!!

Gulfside Retreat

A group of us old teachers wanted a weekend retreat and booked a condo at Gulfside. Overall the place was great. Broken doorknobs to balcony made it unaccessable. View was of the side of another building. We had roofers pounding until 9:30 Friday night, inlcuding their being on the balcony, which made hanging out on the back porch impossible. However, the condo was fine the rest of the time. We were in walking distance to the beach. Everything was VERY clean!! And when the roofers weren't there, we had fun. The managers were very understanding and helpful. I would definitely recommend this place.

Great townhome, not so great neighbors

We really enjoyed the townhome - slept eight of us very well. The furnishings were nice, townhome was clean, close to the beach. Amenities were a nice touch. We could not find a corkscrew to enjoy a bottle of wine though.

Only one problem - Our neighbors were very loud until 1:30 AM, which was not fun since we were getting up at 5:30 AM for the Beach to Bay relay marathon. But that isn't the fault of the townhome or owners, just lousy neighbors. Next time I'll stick with a beach house and avoid it.
