This condo is a ground floor unit which makes it convenient for carrying luggage and groceries inside. The gorgeous, well stocked kitchen has everything you might need to cook a large meal, including a Kitchen Aid Mixer and InstaPot! You sit just behind the dunes and the walk to the beach is 5 minutes. The complex offers 2 large, onsite pools with plenty of parking for your vehicles. Sorry, no pets allowed.

Seaside Retreat
Very comfortable for our family. Living room seating for 8 and still has plenty of space to separate when someone needs some alone time. 4 comfy chairs on the patio. Fast response when we had some water leaking under the kitchen sink. Very close to the boardwalk to the beach. Great proximity to everything in town also. Definitely would recommend and we can't wait to go back again!

Home on the shore!
This condo was nice & clean! It was even more spacious than we thought:) It was a short walk to the private beach pier! Our condo stayed nice & cool. We are a short distance to the pool and laundry services! Would definitely come back & stay.

Very enjoyable place for a family
Our condo was very nice, plenty of space and decorated nicely. It is very close to the beach. You can’t see the beach because of the dunes but it sounds great on the back porch. It is a short stroll to the boardwalk and down to the beach. Our kids loved the pool and we wish we had brought our tennis rackets. The kitchen was well equipped and we enjoyed several meals. There isn’t a table per say, but the bar is nice and there is plenty of space for all to eat comfortably. We do recommend.

Just as pictured
We had a great stay in this unit. Very tastefully decorated and clean. The only items that would have improved our stay would have been a washer and dryer and access to a gas grill. The complex does have charcoal grills and they were located near our unit so that wasn't a big problem. A gas grill would have been more convenient. Coin operated washers and dryers were available and nearby but one washer was out of order and all of it was expensive.
We'd stay here again. Felt very safe and the boardwalk was a pleasant and easy stroll to the beach.

Perfect space
We were there with the kids for a week at the beach. This place was just the right size and gave everyone their own space. The facilities were well kept and clean. The only downside would be having to use the washing machines on site. They were 2.25 per load and only took quarters. Bring a roll of quarters when you come, most gas stations won't give you any due to the coin shortage. I would stay here again.

Nice Rental
Unit must have been updated recently. Nice appliances and adequate utensils. Beds were.comfortable. Living room was spacious. Parking was easy and convenient. Very quite at least on our stay.
1. First floor provides easy access,especially if you are bringing food. Only downside is you do not have a view of water dune that blocks visibility.
2. Kitchen has adequate utensils.
3. Make sure you bring the seasonings and oil you will need or you will have to buy. None are provided.
4. This unit is about a 5 minute easy walk to beach. We took a small cart and a few coolers and it was real drive on beach.
5. Unit is town. You could walk but we drove. A bit far .

Awesome Girls Trip
We had a group of 8 ladies stay at Seaside Retreat 163 for a weekend getaway and really enjoyed it! The condo was perfect. Beds were comfortable The yard behind the condo was perfect for our yoga morning session. Will definitely stay again. Thank you!!
