This ground level offers two bedrooms professionally decorated. Each bedroom has a Queen size bed and its own private bath! Additionally, there are also two twin roll-aways for extra sleeping. The open kitchen and living area is the perfect place for games in the evening. This cottage has the best covered patio to get out of the sun and enjoy a nice coffee in the morning or to cook your catch of the day. Come, Relax and enjoy this true island gem!! STR#541197

- A two-night minimum stay is required.

- Contracting guests must be at least 25 old, have a valid State Driver’s License or other acceptable ID, and present throughout the entire stay

- We do not accept Klarna or Affirm payments

- Cable and Wi-Fi service in Port Aransas can be unreliable due to the unique coastal environment in which we live. We appreciate your understanding that these services are beyond our control. No discounts or refunds will be given for service disruptions.

- This is a PET-FRIENDLY RENTAL. Pet fees are an additional $20.00+tax, per pet, per night. A maximum of 2 pets is allowed. Additionally, a pet-cleaning fee is also charged, which is $50 for stays of 7 days or less, $75 for stays of 8-29 days, and $100 for stays of 30 or more days

- PARKING: Two vehicles max. NO Boat or trailer parking available.

Cute home, great location
The home was nice and is in a great location convenient to everything. You can even walk to the beach if you choose. It had all the basics including lots of cookware. Areas for improvement were: lack of kitchen ventilation so everytime we cooked the smoke detectors went off and it became veer smoky in room. Ceiling fans in bedrooms would be a great addition as the rooms get very warm and the fridge did not cook much. Other than that the place was nice.

Excellent choice
I celebrated my 44th bday!
My mom, brother and daughter all loved the house. They had all the kitchen items we needed to make a bday breakfast tradition. And the rooms were perfect!!

Cozy Place
We enjoyed our stay at this cozy home. It was clean and ready for our visit. The decor was nice and comfy. The outside area was a perfect place to sit in the evenings to enjoy a drink and conversation after a busy day. A quite area. We liked that it was walking distance to the beach as well as quick drives to restaurants. We would definitely reserve for future stays.

Great little house and perfect location
This was our second time renting this property and we love it. Perfectly located to be a two minute drive to everything. The place was clean, had plenty of cooking pans, dishes and utensils. The bedding, bathrooms and whole house was very clean, little patio area with a grill, pretty much a home away from home. Thank again.

Lovely
Had a wonderful time. The cottage was exactly as described and looked exactly like the pictures. As a family of 5 as well as a dog, we fit perfectly. Would definitely like to go back.

FUN FUN
We loved having a house in the middle of town and being within walking distance to several cool places. The house was good with a few issues we saw but nothing that would make us not want to rent it again.

Weekend Getaway
The bungalow was very comfortable. Patio was a plus. There is an issue with the frig. Freezer was cold, frig was not. Ants were found in kitchen by sink.
All in all it was a good place to stay.

Family Time
It was great we did encounter an intruder that didn't leave knocked on our door for almost 2 hours. We had to call the cops.

Great Location
Overall we had a good stay (even though it rained nonstop the whole time we were there!!). The home was pretty clean, parking spot right in front of home and was convenient to the main shops and restaurants. Some attention to detail is needed: no coverlets or bedspreads on any bed (only sheets on bed), stacks of plywood were visible underneath beds and living room couches, one bathroom was missing a mirror over the sink and no ceiling fans in any bedroom.

Perfect little spot!
Perfect two bedroom two bath for a fun weekend with family or friends. Check in was so easy, place was very clean with all the necessities available. It was a good distance from the beach and was very easy to get to with the golf cart we rented, you could walk to the beach but it would take a little so I recommend renting a golf cart, most people do anyway. We really enjoyed being able to grill on the available patio with our friends.

Sunshine Review
The cottage was just what we were looking for! The floor plan is suitable for couples and the amenities in the kitchen had all that is needed to make weekend meals with a grill and charcoal available in the patio. The beds were comfortable and the area was quiet for getting a restful sleep after a day out at the beach. We appreciated having a code to access the property rather than a key.

Quaint Little Two Bedroom Centrally Located
Recently refurbished, quaint little two bedroom, centrally located, close to the beach, and has all the amenities. Can sleep six but was very comfortable for the two of us. We enjoyed it very much.

A wonderful stay!

Little Blue House
This was a great place to stay. Very clean and newly remodeled. Perfect location close to everything. The only negative thing was not enough towels and no laundry. We enjoyed our stay.

Excellent Thanksgiving Getaway!
We were very pleased with this cute cottage. It was just as described and very clean. A surprise was the new wifi. The weather on Thanksgiving day was rainy and a bit chilly so we did appreciate and enjoy the TV and wifi. Everything we needed was there except for a light blanket or quilt. I gladly recommend this cottage.

Cute cottage!
Very clean, bright. Air conditioner worked great and they even had an extra fan to stir the air. Office staff was very helpful. They had quick responses to our requests. Definitely will stay here again. You might want to bring extra towels to shower with. There is no washer/dryer.

Nice and clean
Newly renovated with new furniture. Place was spacious, very clean and comfortable. Bring your own pillows though because the two provided on each bed were flat. Could use ceiling fans in bedrooms.

Just Beachy
My husband, two year old and myself enjoyed a week in Port A. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and this cottage was perfect for us. The place was very clean and comfortable. We did awaken one morning to a few ants in the kitchen which was addressed very quickly by the property manager. The location was perfect. We were able to rent a golf cart and travel to all the places we wanted to visit on the island including the beach on the cart. We would definitely stay here again.
