The open living room and kitchen create a welcoming space for socializing without feeling cramped. Primary bedroom on the first floor with three more bedrooms and a second living area upstairs.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

- A two to three-night minimum stay is required.

- Contracting guests must be at least 25 years old, have a valid State Driver’s License or other acceptable ID, and be present throughout the entire stay.

- This is a PET-FRIENDLY RENTAL. Pet fees are an additional $150.00+tax, per stay short term, $250 + tax per stay long term. A maximum of 2 pets are allowed. Additionally, a pet-cleaning fee is also charged, which is $50 for stays of 7 days or less, $75 for stays of 8-29 days, and $100 for stays of 30 or more days.

- We do not accept Klarna or Affirm payments

- Cable and Wi-Fi service in Port Aransas can be unreliable due to the unique coastal environment in which we live. We appreciate your understanding that these services are beyond our control. No discounts or refunds will be given for service disruptions.

"Tan Lines" is a premier vacation rental property provided by Port A Escapes, professionally managed to ensure that everything is expertly handled before your arrival, and includes:

Wonderful house!
Perfect vacation home! By far our favorite of all the homes we’ve rented over the years. It was spacious and clean, very close to beach access, and we had the community pool to ourselves while we were there. Also really appreciate the fenced side yard with astroturf for the pups (no sand burrs to pull from paws).

Great Family Rental
I stayed here with my grown children and grandchildren. The house was a perfect fit. I would ask the rental company to turn in the refrigerator 24 hours before the next rental as it took a day and half to cool down to an appropriate temperature. We cooked at the house for most meals and the kitchen has everything we needed. I highly recommend this property. The rental company was easy to work with and made check in easy! Btw- it’s a pretty good distance to the beach so rent a golf cart.

Vacation with a large group
The house was perfect! We had plenty of room for our large group. Check in was easy, the house was really nice and clean. We would definitely book a stay in this same location again.

Awesome Location, Spacious Home
Great size home for 2 families, we love being off of 11th street and the kitchen had any type of cookware you could possibly need (you will need your own spices though). We loved the porches and since it rained a lot during our stay we spent more time in the house than we typically would on a vacation, we all had plenty of room and the home overall is beautiful, definitely one of the cleanest we have ever stayed in. The only downfall was the hot water heater was not up to par. The only negative for us was the hot water heater was not working correctly. Port A escapes came to fix it the first day, it worked for a day and then stopped working again, so lots of cold showers were taken.
