The Landing ES1310 is an ideal 11th Street location near the beach! 3 bedrooms, 3 baths, carport parking, and a private pool! On the 1st floor, you will find the kitchen, living area, and 2 guest bedrooms & a bathroom. On the 2nd floor, you will find a 2nd living area, 1 bedroom and 2 bathrooms. Sorry, no pets allowed.

- These starter supplies are provided in the property as a convenience until you can go shopping: hand/bath soap, shampoo & conditioner, toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, dishwasher detergent, trash bags, and a sponge.

-Suggested items to bring are beach towels, extra paper goods (toilet paper, facial tissue and paper towels), extra pillows if you wish to sleep with more than one, spices/seasoning, extra trash bags, sun tan lotion/sun block and beach gear.

Interesting house layout. Plenty of room for our group.
Had a great stay. The pool was as advertised. Pool light did not work but the outside lights provided plenty of light for an evening swim. Looking forward to our next stay.

Nice stay but needed a few things
The home was decorated nicely. The house was comfortable. The pool was very nice. However, the pool light never worked. There was also a mouse in the kitchen along with roaches.
