Stainless steel appliances shine alongside granite countertops in the kitchen. Seating at the island bar for 2. The table in the dining area seats 6. All-new furnishings in the living area include a plush sofa and a sleeper sofa.
Kick back on Adirondack chairs under the covered porch. The adjacent pavilion offers a shaded retreat and a shared charcoal grill area is ideal for cookouts. Grilling is not allowed on the patios.
PER HOA: POOL IS CLOSED EVERY TUESDAY FOR CLEANING. The maximum occupancy for this condo is 10 persons.
