Bay Tree A78 is a tastefully decorated condo. It is located on the second with no elevator. Bedrooms are accessed by an interior spiral staircase. Washer and dryer in unit for added convenience. Close to restaurants, fishing, beach, and night life. No smoking, no pets.
Parking for 2 under the carport. 2 parking passes and 8 wristbands will be provided.
Boat slips for rent at an additional cost of $45.00 + tax per night. It is first come, first serve. Please request at the time of booking

- Suggested items to bring are beach towels, extra paper goods (toilet paper, facial tissue and paper towels), extra pillows if you wish to sleep with more than 1, spices/seasoning, extra trash bags, sun block and beach gear and mosquito spray
