Located in "Old Town" Port A . This furnished 2 Bedroom/2 Bathroom condo features 2 decks with Courtyard Views! A full newly remodeled kitchen, dining area, living area and full bath with washer and dryer on the main level and then up the spiral staircase to the bedroom level with a King bedroom (TV) & Queen bedroom (no TV) and another full bath. Additional sleeping space in living room on sofa sleeper.
NO pets or smoking.
Parking: 2 covered parking spaces at ground level directly below the condo.
Bay Tree requires parking passes and wrist bands issued upon check-in.
• Suggested items to bring are beach towels, extra paper goods (toilet paper, facial tissue and paper towels), extra pillows for more than one, spices/seasoning, extra trash bags, sun block and beach gear.
