A full newly remodeled kitchen, dining area, living area and full bath with washer and dryer on the main level and then up the spiral staircase to the bedroom level with a King bedroom and queen bedroom and another full bath. Additional sleeping space in living room on sofa sleeper. This is a second floor condo with elevator access. No smoking, no pets. Parking for 2 vehicles. wristbands required at all community facilities. Boat slips for rent at an additional cost of $45.00 + tax per night. It is first come, first serve. Please request at the time of booking

The description of the property was perfect. The location is very quiet and if you need a boat slip you can rent one. For a family of 4-5 the layout is perfect.

Disappointed

There are to many large homes around the property that take away the beautiful view it used to have. You can barely see the ship channel now which is why I stayed there years ago.
We are so sorry! We do hope you enjoyed your stay none the less and truly hope to host you again in the near future!

Just wonderful!

We completely enjoyed our stay here. This is our 2nd time staying here. The 2 bedroom is really nice and big. We love staying here because it is quiet, doc fishing, pool, close to good food as well as a private community.
