Introducing Bay Tree Condos B15/16. Tastefully decorated Port Aransas condo, unit B15/16 has 2 balconies! It is located on the second floor with no elevator access. They overlook the community pool, marina, and ship channel. Tile floors, stainless appliances, comfy sofa sleeper in the living area. Close to restaurants, fishing, beach, and night life.
Parking- 2 cars in the designated carport space. Bay Tree requires parking passes and wrist bands - issued upon check-in.
• Kitchen is well equipped with all your cooking needs. Dishes, silverware, pots, pans, coffee maker, blender, microwave and large appliances. Note: For safety reasons spices or seasoning NOT provided.
• Property is supplied with 1 set of sheets for all beds. Bath towels are supplied per number of people the house sleeps. We do not provide beach towels.
• A start up supply of toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags and dish soap will be provided. We also supply a starter set of shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, lotion, and bath soap. Guest is responsible for any additional needs.
• Suggested items to bring are beach towels, extra paper goods (toilet paper, facial tissue and paper towels), extra pillows if you need more than one, spices/seasoning, extra trash bags, sun block and beach gear.

- A 2-night minimum stay is required.
- Contracting guests must be at least 25 years old, have a valid State Driver’s License or other acceptable ID, and be present throughout the entire stay
- This is a PET-FRIENDLY RENTAL. Pet fees are an additional $25.00+tax, per pet/per night. Only 2 pets weighing under 60lbs allowed. Additionally, a pet-cleaning fee is charged, which is $50 for stays of 7 days or less, $75 for stays of 8-29 days, and $100 for stays of 30 or more days.
