Bay Tree B2 is a charming studio condo located on the second floor, accessible by two flights of stairs (no elevator), boasting a spacious balcony that offers picturesque views of the Bay Tree courtyard. Recently renovated, this unit features sleek vinyl flooring in the living area and elegant tile in the bathroom. The bathroom is generously sized, showcasing a tiled shower, ample counter space, bright lighting, and a convenient stackable washer/dryer. A semi-private wall subtly divides the living and sleeping areas, each equipped with a flat-screen TV for your entertainment.
Please note that pets and smoking are not permitted in this property.
For guests with boats, there is designated boat parking available, or you can opt to rent a boat slip for $45 per day.
Sleeping arrangements consist of a queen size bed and a queen size sofa sleeper.
Parking- 1 car in the designated carport space. Bay Tree requires parking passes and wrist bands that will be issued upon time of check-in.

Carports at Bay Tree B2 feature AN average sized vehicle capacity space. For your convenience,
if you know your vehicle will not leave adequate room for another vehicle, PLEASE use the OVERFLOW
PARKING which surrounds the Bay Tree Office.
