A comfy place to hang your fishing hat after a long day enjoying the coastal fishing areas. Accessible via two flights of stairs (no elevator) Spacious balcony overlooking the Bay Tree courtyard. Enjoy the large community pool, private lighted fishing pier, BBQ areas, and covered parking. Near everything Port A has to offer - nightlife, amazing restaurants, shopping, and only 1/4 mile to the beach! Sorry, no pets or smoking allowed.
If you're planning to bring your own boat, Bay Tree Condos has you covered with convenient boat parking. You can rest easy knowing that your vessel is secure and within easy reach whenever you're ready to explore the pristine waters of the Gulf of Mexico. Additionally, the condo offers boat slip rentals w/ electricity for guests who prefer to keep their boat docked throughout their stay, ensuring easy access to endless adventures on the water.
Sleeping accommodations: Queen size bed & a queen size sofa sleeper.
Parking- 1 vehicle in the designated carport space. Boat parking by the office. Bay Tree requires parking passes and wrist bands that will be issued at the time of check-in.

if you know your vehicle will not leave adequate room for another vehicle, PLEASE use the OVERFLOW
