Baytree B5 is a studio unit on the second level (accessible by stairs, no elevator) with a spacious balcony overlooking the Bay Tree courtyard area. Full kitchen. Beautifully remodeled with tile flooring throughout the living area, tile in the bathroom. Spacious bathroom.

Sleeping arrangements consist of a queen size bed and a sofa sleeper.
