Introducing Bay Tree B7/8! This tastefully 2br/2ba split level condo with two balconies offers a washer and dryer! This condo is located on the second floor with no elevators access. This would be a front row seat to watch the 4th of July and New Years Eve fireworks from the top balcony! Bay Tree offers a community swimming pool, private lighted fishing pier, BBQ areas, boat parking and boat slips for rent for an additional $45+tax. Sorry, no pets or smoking allowed.

Carports at Bay Tree Condominiums feature a two average sized vehicle capacity. For your convenience, if you know your vehicle will not leave adequate room for another vehicle, PLEASE use the OVERFLOW PARKING which surrounds the Bay Tree Office.

Port A Escapes

The spiral staircase was like climbing a super narrow ladder. It is steep and narrow enough that the management's advice was to use the outside stairs to get your luggage to the 2nd floor. Both bedrooms are on the 2nd floor. If you can't get luggage up the stairs, how can you expect an 65 year old to navigate them? The spiral staircase was never mentioned in the write up or pictured in the advertisement for the place. The management did offer a refund at check in, but with no other option of a place to stay due to it being a busy weekend we had to stay there or go to a different city. So my mother slept on a couch for four nights. The beds were comfortable and the ac worked. For a younger family this place would be awesome. For someone who doesn't get around pretty well and can't climb a ladder, then it's not for you.
We do thank you for your feedback! Ye do apologize we did not have another condo to move you to. We do hope to see you again soon!
