A gorgeous 2br/2ba split level condo with two balconies! Views of the marina, the community pool, and the ship channel. This would be a front row seat to watch the 4th of July fireworks! Bay Tree offers a community swimming pool, private lighted fishing pier, BBQ areas, boat parking and boat slips w/electricity for rent. Sorry, no pets or smoking allowed.
