Bay Tree C6 is a third floor condo with no elevator access. Sleeps 4 with Queen size bed and queen size sofa sleeper Enjoy unobstructed coastal sunsets, views of the city marina, and the intercoastal ship channel. Bay Tree offers a community swimming pool, private lighted fishing pier, BBQ areas, boat parking and boat slips w/electricity for rent. No smoking, no pets. Parking for 1 vehicle. Boat slips for rent at an additional cost of $45.00 + tax per night. It is first come, first serve. Please request at the time of booking. Bay Tree requires a parking pass for your vehicle and wrist bands worn at the community facilities. These are issued upon check-in.

4 day get away

Bay tree C6 was perfect . Easy check in ,clean a great location with a view of the marina and ship channel. We had our own parking spot with a place to rinse the sand off before going in, and so many extras like a balcony to sit and watch the sunset. Bbq grill ,pool and a fishing pier.The kitchen was stocked with all the basic dishes . The bed was comfortable . We had several slats missing on the vertical blinds to the back door which gave an open view of the bed by the neighbors . I reported it to the office and within a couple of hours they were there to replace them. We will be back !
