Bay Tree Unit C7/8 is a tastefully decorated Port Aransas condo. Located right by the community swimming pool with two balconies overlooking the marina and the channel. Tile floors throughout, stainless appliances, large sectional sofa in the living area, stackable washer/dryer. Close to restaurants, fishing, beach, and night life. The common areas are like no swimming pool, private lighted fishing pier, covered parking, boat parking, and boat slips w/electricity for rent.
