Introducing Bay Tree C9-10- a Port Aransas treasure! This 2br/2ba condo that has been tastefully remodeled and decorated. It is located on the second floor with no elevator access. There is an interior spiral staircase that connects first & second floors. Includes stackable washer/dryer. Tile floors throughout, comfy furnishings, spacious balcony with a view of the marina and intercoastal waterway! Close to restaurants, fishing, beach, and night life. The common areas include a large swimming pool, private lighted fishing pier, covered parking, boat parking, and boat slips. No smoking, no pets. Parking for 2 vehicles. Boat slips for rent at an additional cost of $45.00 + tax per night. It is first come, first serve. Please request at the time of booking. Bay Tree requires a parking pass for your vehicle and wrist bands worn at the community facilities. These are issued upon check-in.

Very Cool Port Aransas Condo

3 separate bedrooms, view facing Port A
Great quiet location minutes away from Port A restaurants, bars, bait shop 1 min away
Nice pool with 8’ deep end. Used the lighted fishing Pier at night.
short drive to the Port A south jetty, which is the best spot for inshore fishing
Kitchen had all pots pans needed for cooking.
Very comfortable condo at reasonable rates. Enjoyed our trip and would stay here again.
Worth the trip!
