We offer a very peaceful and quiet stay and still have many fun things to do. Fishing from our Private Pier. Bring your boat and rent a slip for $45 a day AND it includes electricity to charge your trolling motor. Lounging around our Texas size pool. Barbecuing with the family. Play Tennis and Pickle ball on the new Courts. Enjoy the sunrises/sunsets, bring your camera. AND, you can see pelicans, sea turtles, dolphins and other sea birds in the Private Marina. Close to restaurants, fishing, beach, and night life. The beach is only 1/4mile away!

Parking- 1 car in the designated carport space and 1 in a parking space across from the building. Bay Tree requires parking passes and wrist bands that will be issued at the time of check-in.

Carports at Bay Tree Condominiums feature a two average sized vehicle capacity. For your convenience, if you know your vehicle will not leave adequate room for another vehicle, PLEASE use the OVERFLOW PARKING which surrounds the Bay Tree Office.
