Introducing Breezy Cottage AB416
Beautifully decorated & remodeled charming cottage with an incredible screened-in porch with 55" TV for outdoor entertaining. Detached garage with plenty of parking for your boat. Just a short stroll or drive to the beach.
This property is located in a quiet neighborhood in the heart of Port Aransas. The cottage is beautifully decorated in beach styling. You will love sitting on the screened-in porch watching a movie, it also makes a great area for those who want to sleep outdoors without worries of insects. There is also outdoor seating on the front porch. There is a charcoal grill in the back yard, a building in the back that houses a laundry room and a fish cleaning station. There is also an outdoor shower to rinse off. The kitchen will meet all of your cooking needs (*does not have a dishwasher), the dining table has seating for 2. The living room has a couch, which is a sofa sleeper, and 2 chairs with a TV, cable and Wifi.
SUGGESTED ITEMS TO BRING:
Beach towels, extra paper goods (toilet paper, facial tissue and paper towels), extra pillows if you wish to sleep with more than one, coffee and coffee filters, spices/seasoning, extra dish soap, extra trash bags, sun block and beach gear.

- Contracting guests must be at least 25 years old, have a valid State Driver’s License or other acceptable ID, and be present throughout the entire stay
- This is a PET-FRIENDLY RENTAL. Pet fees are an additional $20.00+tax, per pet, per night. A maximum 3 pets are allowed. Additionally, a pet-cleaning fee is also charged, which is $50 for stays of 7 days or less, $75 for stays of 8-29 days, and $100 for stays of 30 or more days.
