Beautifully decorated & remodeled charming cottage with an incredible screened-in porch with 55" TV for outdoor entertaining. Enclosed fish cleaning station & laundry room outback. Detached garage with plenty of parking for your boat. Just a short stroll or drive to the beach.



This property is located in a very quiet neighborhood in the heart of Port Aransas. The quaintness of this cottage makes it a perfect place for that romantic getaway. The cottage is beautifully decorated in beach styling. You will love sitting on the screened-in porch watching a movie or enjoying a great bottle of wine, it also makes a great area for those who want to sleep outdoors without worries of insects. There is also outdoor seating on the front porch. There is a charcoal grill in the back yard, a building in the back that houses a laundry room and a fish cleaning station. There is also an outdoor shower to rinse off after fishing and cleaning your catch. The kitchen will meet all of your cooking needs (*does not have a dishwasher), the dining table has seating for 2. The living room has a couch, which is a sofa sleeper, and 2 chairs with a TV, cable and Wifi. The bedroom has a Queen size bed, TV and en-suite bathroom with a standup shower. This is a pet friendly rental. Pet fees are an additional $20.00+tax, per pet, per night. A maximum of 3 pets are allowed.

CHECK-IN PROCESS:



We are proud to offer contactless check-in and check-out. Port A Escapes will contact you on the day of your arrival, typically in the afternoon once your property is ready, to provide an access code to the property. Please keep in mind that we cannot provide the access code until the property is clean and ready.



WHAT IS PROVIDED:



• Kitchens are well equipped with basic cooking

needs (dishes, silverware, pots, pans, coffee maker, microwave and large appliances). Note that food products such as spices or seasoning are not provided for safety reasons.



• A start up supply of toilet paper, (2 rolls per bathroom), 1 roll of paper towels, 2 kitchen trash bags, 1 kitchen sponge, bar hand soap for each sink, dishwasher tablets (if the property has a dishwasher)

and 1 bottle of dish soap will be provided. After that, the guest is responsible for any additional needs.



SUGGESTED ITEMS TO BRING:



Beach towels, extra paper goods (toilet paper, facial tissue and paper towels), extra pillows if you wish to sleep with more than one, coffee and coffee filters, spices/seasoning, extra dish soap, extra trash bags, sun tan lotion/sun block and beach gear.
