This freshly remodeled beach view home is located in popular Lost Colony. Lost Colony is a gated community located 8 miles from the center of Port Aransas and just a 12 minute drive to North Padre. The 3 bedrooms and 3 baths along with the open kitchen and living room are the perfect place for a wonderful family vacation. The master bedroom upstairs offers a King size bed and a amazing en suite bathroom. The second bedroom is also upstairs and has 2 full beds and a private bath as well. The bunk room downstairs has a King size bed and a set of twin over twin bunk beds. There is plenty room for the whole family in this tropical home. Come and enjoy this fabulous beach view gem! No garage access. Sorry, no pets allowed.
CHECK-IN PROCESS:
We are proud to offer contactless check-in and check-out. Port A Escapes will contact you on the day of your arrival, typically in the afternoon once your property is ready, to provide an access code to the property. Please keep in mind that we cannot provide the access code until the property is clean and ready.

Perfect for our family with 4 littles!
It was a perfect location, an easy walk with kids to the beach! Great for coming in for lunch/naps and going back out again. The property was well furnished, clean, and peaceful along with extras like blankets wrapped in plastic so you know they are clean! We loved it and will be returning!!

We loved the house!(We reserved it again for next year.)Nice neighborhood,great views friendly people. Most of all we were very thankful to the owner and PortA Escapes for finding another place for us(at no additional charge)for several days that power and water were off because of a power company shutdown!

We really enjoyed our stay... the location ws very near to the beach and broad walk. Parking space was small and probably fit one car, but the community parking space is very near so it wasn't a big deal. I definitely recommend this place and it is kids friendly.
