Introducing Casa Las Olas OV31. This fabulous island style home is located right in the center of Port Aransas and just a short drive to the beach. This single floor stilt home offers great breezes from the wonderful deck. Perfect for 2 families Bedroom 1 has a king size bed, Bedroom 2 has a king bed and the other 2 bedrooms have 2 sets of twin bunks each. This wonderful community has a swimming pool and a small pond for fishing. Casa Las Olas is now pet friendly so you can bring your fur baby along on vacation! Come and relax for the weekend or a whole week! Casa Las Olas has everything you will need for an enjoyable vacation. 1 car garage access.
We are proud to offer contactless check-in and check-out. Port A Escapes will contact you on the day of your arrival, typically in the afternoon once your property is ready, to provide an access code to the property. - A two-night minimum stay is required.
- Contracting guests must be at least 25 years old, have a valid State Driver’s License or other acceptable ID, and be present throughout the entire stay
- This is a PET-FRIENDLY RENTAL. Pet fees are an additional $20.00+tax, per pet, per night. A maximum of 3 pets are allowed. Additionally, a pet-cleaning fee is also charged, which is $50 for stays of 7 days or less, $75 for stays of 8-29 days, and $100 for stays of 30 or more days.
