Introducing Casa San Miguel SPV21! This property has been recently completely renovated inside and out including new stucco exterior, tiled roof, new air conditioning, a carport, new sheetrock and fresh paint, and new furnishings. Situated on Alister Street in the heart of Port Aransas, this property is just a short distance away from the grocery store, restaurants, bars and other shopping. These cottages have been a fixture in Port Aransas for years and offer a truly unique location. This home features tile flooring throughout as well as a modern kitchen There is a dining table and the kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator, cooktop range, coffee maker and all the other essentials. This home can sleep 4, with a king bed and a fold out sofa bed. Updated furnishings including 2 flat screen televisions, all decorated in tasteful decor. *Please note that sofa beds are more suitable for children rather than adults. Please note: This community does not allow boats or trailers of any kind. A maximum of two standard size vehicles are allowed. Golf carts count as one of the two vehicles. - This is a PET-FRIENDLY RENTAL. Pet fees are an additional $25.00+tax, per pet, per night. A maximum of 2 pets are allowed. Additionally, a pet-cleaning fee is also charged, which is $50 for stays of 7 days or less, $75 for stays of 8-29 days, and $100 for stays of 30 or more days.

by Paul A.Good location on Alister St. and short drive to the beach. Believe it or not there's a very good Italian restaurant just around the corner: Venetian Hot Plate, owned by a couple from...Venice (not the California version). Do make reservations--before you leave for Port A.
Would stay here again. Pretty tight quarters, but like I said, the price is right.
