Remodeled 2br/2ba condo with elevator access! Fully furnished and equipped for the ultimate island vacation. Primary bedroom features a king size bed and the guest bedroom features a queen size bed and a twin bed. There is also a twin size roll away to comfortable sleep a sixth person. There is a a full size washer/dryer. Sorry, no pets allowed.
Channelview is perfectly located in Port Aransas right on the Intercoastal Waterway with a community fishing pier and community pool. After fishing all day, take your catch to one of the local downtown restaurants just minutes away. Short drive to the beach as well!
Parking- 1 car in the designated space and 1 car in the common area parking area.
• Suggested items to bring are beach towels, extra paper goods (toilet paper, facial tissue and paper towels), extra pillows if you wish to sleep with more than one, spices/seasoning, extra trash bags, sun tan lotion/sun block and beach gear.

by Jason G.Place was awesome,..familiar location, Nice pool & pier. Wish they allowed pets & that the rooms had balconies. But overall it was a great place. Nice unit furnished very well. Definitely will return soon.
Channel View Getaway
Great Location
by Kenneth S.Activities and access were everywhere a well as lots of scenery. Ships, dolphins, jetty, this was the idea location for our stay. The AC was cold the rooms were spacious and clean. We will be back in Agust for another vacation.
