- Contracting guests must be at least 25 old, have a valid State Driver’s License or other acceptable ID, and present throughout the entire stay
- SELF CATERING: All of our properties are self-catering. No maid or towel service is provided during your stay.
- Suggested items to bring are beach towels, extra paper goods (toilet paper, facial tissue and paper towels), extra pillows if you wish to sleep with more than one, spices/seasoning, extra trash bags, sun tan lotion/sunblock and beach gear.

The perfect quick getaway!

Great condo in a great location.

The outside and elevators seemed a little dated, but once you were inside, it was beautiful and comfortable. We loved being so close to the pier and marina. We also appreciated two double beds in the second bedroom. Perfect for two grown kids. Would definitely return!

Very nice condo!

We really enjoyed our stay at this condo. The condo was clean, nicely decorated, beds are comfortable, private pier was nice. Many of the units are still being repaired but didn’t affect our stay at all.

Great time at Channelview

Channelview is a great location in Port A. Our condo was comfortable and clean. The beds were especially comfortable! We loved sitting out at night on the dock with those beautiful green lights. The pool was very pretty with new decking and really comfy lounge chairs. My only complaint was with the pans in the kitchen. You might want to bring a fry pan from home. Great overall time and we will be back!

We had a fantastic time as usual. The unit we stayed in has been beautifully renovated. Our only complaint was that there were other guests out on the pier who were playing loud rap music with explicit lyrics For hours on end. —apparently it didn’t occur to them that other guest might have preferred some peace and quiet or at least a lower volume. Maybe a sign is in order?

2017 Vacation

The condo was wonderful.Very relaxing.Fishing off the peir was good and we enjoyed cooling off in the pool. The washer and dryer made it even better.We did not have to spend time at the laundry mat waiting for our clothes to get done.

A Fun Family Trip
Had a nice time overall. Had a problem with the king size bedroom had a urine ordor and then my clothes smelled of urine when I got out of bed:(. The mattresses in both bedrooms need to be replaced, as well as the ceiling fan in the room with double beds (only works on high speed but makes to much noise to sleep with it on). The kitchen is well equipped and has a lot of space to store your belongings. Our family really enjoyed the pool, it is a nice place to relax with a beautiful view of the channel with boats coming and going. The fishing pier was also a nice convenience. Except for the few problems we had, we would visit Channelview Condos again.

I enjoyed our stay. The facilities were nice, clean, and in good shape. I had stayed in a diferent unit at Channel View 2 years ago and enjoyed it so wanted to come back. This stay was great and I will be back again. We had a good time fishing from the private pier too.

We loved the location. The particular room was so relaxing, & comfortable.
Overall, our room was outstanding. The only disappointment was the very old blankets. The blankets from the closet are very old with tears and holes in them.

Vaction Port A Channelview 2016
Excellent. We are a returning guest from years ago. In reviewing the rooms on line I selected this room due to the furniture and layout. Adequate, but not cluttered. I have a visually impaired person who was able to maneuver within minutes with no issues. We will be back again. The only thing I can add that we took for granted was that no daily change out of bath towels, but that was rectified in two seconds by your person in our building and letting us know to look under the sinks for additional towels. Price wise this was a stretch for us. The added security person made it nicer as we fish all night, in the past you were on your own. We added an extra night and the discount was well appreciated. We also left your property / room just as we found it, clean and in working order, to be welcomed back. I was impressed with the kitchen. Years ago some rooms had rusting appliances. I will rent this room again. You may want to consider a place for dropping off kitchen scraps. Each night I tied the bag shut as to not attract bugs. I also was given extra trash bags for this purpose. We had a great time!!!! Keep the pier working like it is as that was the number one reason for our stay.

Weekend getaway
Great location for fishing and dolphin watching. Love having the private pier. amazing view from livingroom and bedroom.i did experience a racial remark while in the swimming pool by a resident.but over all we had an awesome time. Carpet needs to be replace with flooring.

Wonderful place to stay!

We vacationed at Channelview in July 2016 with our grandchildren and had a great time! The property management company and especially the on-site property manager, were extremely kind and pleasant to deal with. The property was beautiful, exactly as described and was very well maintained. Pool was clean, which was important to my grandchildren, and the private pier was amazing! We will definitely be coming back again in 2017!

I love my stay. I've been coming to stay since I was a teenager. I just didn't like my sister and cousin almost towed away. They were visiting for the day and had other lodgings but were with me and my family barbqing. They didn't have a car tag because they were not staying the night just the day visit. To be almost towed was not its usual friendly place this year. We also ran into the key issue not available when we got there. They're a lot of us who had to wait until the keys were available. They need a better system for holidays.

Channelview Condos
The condo was in great condition and we had a blast as always. There are two improvements we would like to see. The gate to the pier was stuck and very hard to open. It might need to be changed or have some WD40 on it. Also, there are two lights at the end of the pier that are no longer there. We would like to see them replaced for next year!
