Watch as the dolphins play right off the bulkhead or take in a nice sunset view from your balcony. Fishing is at your fingertips; use the lighted pier or cast your line on the channel front. Sit in the swimming pool, or hot tub and take in an unequaled channel side view. You can reserve time on the lighted tennis courts, just contact the front desk on property. This 2 bedroom condo offers a King size bed in the primary bedroom with a private bath. The second bedroom has a Queen size bed and also a private bath. The spacious full kitchen has everything you would need to cook your catch of the day.

- Pre-arrival inspection performed by one of our team members
- Clean towels & linens. (all our properties are supplied with one set of sheets for all beds. Bath towels are supplied per number of people the house sleeps. We do not provide beach towels)
- A well-equipped kitchen. (dishes, silverware, pots, pans, coffee maker, microwave and large appliances). Note that food products such as spices or seasoning are not provided for safety reasons.
- These starter supplies are provided in the property as a convenience until you can go shopping: hand/bath soap, shampoo & conditioner, toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, dishwasher detergent, trash bags, and a sponge.
