- 11 paved parking spaces, 9 in the driveway and 2 in the garage, for 11 medium sized vehicles. If you rent a golf cart it must fit in one of these spaces. (No Boats, Trailers, Buses, RV’s allowed in Village Walk)
- A 2-3 night minimum stay is required.
- Contracting guests must be at least 25 old, have a valid State Driver’s License or other acceptable ID, and present throughout the entire stay
- SELF CATERING: All of our properties are self-catering. No maid or towel service is provided during your stay.
- Suggested items to bring are beach towels, extra paper goods (toilet paper, facial tissue and paper towels), extra pillows if you wish to sleep with more than one, spices/seasoning, extra trash bags, sun tan lotion/sunblock and beach gear.

Cacation rental
We had a blast in Port A. Part of this was due to the rental units. They were wonderful. We had plenty of room for the 20 of us. The houses were clean and in good working order. The elevators were great for the older members of our family. The kids really enjoyed the private pool. We had one maintenance issue with the ac and they showed up in like 30 minutes and fixed it. I would definitely recommend these houses and will rent them again in the furure.

Two Multi-Story Beach Houses With Pool
Both houses and pool were clean and attractive. The kitchen and living areas are on the top floor with the bedrooms below. 60 had a better equipped kitchen than 59. Close to town; can't walk to the beach from this property.

There was some trash in the garage, some water damage in the lower bedroom in one of the properties and the dishwasher in the other unit didn’t work well. Other than those items everything was great. Plenty of room for our large group of adults and children.

FUN four family beach trip

We booked Coral Splash for our annual beach trip this year - 4 families with middle school age kiddos. We had a great time there was plenty of room to spread out and have privacy or all gather together
Great Family House

We came for 8 days with family of 14 including ages 76, 54,52,50,34,32,30,12,6,5,4,3. Having a pool was the best. We went to beach couple of days but used pool every day most days several times. House had plenty of dishes and cookware. We cooked all our meals at house. We rented two houses next door to each other to have enough bedrooms for everyone. The house was very clean and decorated very pretty. Really felt like you were someplace on vacation. The balconies had great view and having an elevator was fantastic. There were pool toys, chairs and boogie boards provided for our use. Convenient location. Plenty of parking. Pool was kept clean and maintenance people on the ball after a toddler had an accident in pool. Would rent this again. The management company was attentive to our needs and explained what we needed to do when we got there and when we left. Only negatives about stay were minor. Plenty of TV’s but you had to figure out how to work then after you turned them on.

Our family gets together every holiday season and we picked Port A this December and the place was great. An abundance of games, serving dishes, good bed and linens. We couldn’t have been more pleased.

Nice homes to fit alot of people

These homes were really nice, and it was awesome having a pool. We did have a few problems with the ac being set so high when they are empty that it takes a full day to finally cool, out elevator wasn't working in the beginning and there were alot of roaches in one unit. The management team did take care of everything and our trip was great. We will definitely rent these homes again from the same management company.
Great stay

We had a group of 21 and everyone was comfortable. great location and love the beach view from the rooftop. I only have 2 complaints, the pool was small and the coral house had roaches. When I talked to the maintenance ppl they told me that they had just sprayed. The blue house had outdoor speakers so you can jam while taking a swim. The kitchen in both houses are roomy. They came with everything you'd need except food. The complimentary shampoo, conditioner and lotion spelled so good. The washers took longer than expected but it was nice to be able to use. We had a hard time figuring out the tv (good thing we had kids with us). Both houses game with board games (we had family game night so this was a plus for us). Having access to elevators was a plus because those stairs are a workout. If you're bringing a large family, go ahead and try coral splash.
