Very clean, great location

The condo was very clean and in a great location. The pool was a nice convenience and very clean as well. The only issue we had was that one remote’s batteries died, they were replaced within 10 minutes of filling out the maintenance form in the Management co.’s app. Highly recommend and would stay again.

Great condo, loud upstairs neighbor and a parking lot thief!

What a cute condo, spacious and clean! The updates to this unit and the other one we had booked are fantastic! One bedrooms with the murphy beds, perfect for the twins. Unfortunately sleeping was not fantastic! The extremely loud upstairs neighbor was terrible! What sounded like marching and moving furniture started every morning at 5am and lasted for hours. Now to address the thief, karma will find you! We have been staying here and two other properties next door for 20 years, nothing of ours has ever been stolen. We parked our golf cart just outside of the breezeway leading to our unit to drop someone off and head back to the beach. Yes our fault for leaving our cooler and mugs in the cart for a short time. We never thought twice about it, a Thursday in the middle of the day, and we were 75 feet away, standing in the courtyard. I have my suspicions, I spoke with the lady in the office who said they would check the security cameras, I never heard back from anyone. All in all we will stay here again, different unit and nothing left alone.

Great four night stay!

The location is great. Less than 5min walk from the beach. Courtyard Condos is quiet, clean and our unit 127 was renovated after the hurricane. Comfy recliner in the living room. Two adults two kids fit perfectly.

The room was awesome. Facilities clean, complex clean, clean pool. Only negative, one lamp in the bedroom did not work. Really nice remodel job on the whole complex. No signs of hurricane anyway! Close to the Beach, cant get any better for the price!
