This place is unlike any other in all of Port A. Located right in the middle of the Flats and just a 2 minute walk to Bernie's, Trout Street, Fisherman's Wharf and Virginia's. Such an amazing location! This 3 bedroom and 2 full bath cottage is a hidden gem! The open living room / kitchen area has a full kitchen and a sleeper sofa. Located off the living room is a porch that is the perfect place to sit and watch all the action at the flats. The primary bedroom has two queen size beds, the second bedroom two fulls and the third bedroom a full and a twin. This cottage will sleep a total of 10 people comfortably. STR# 9191300

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
- A 2-3 night minimum stay is required.
- Contracting guests must be at least 25 old, have a valid State Driver’s License or other acceptable ID, and present throughout the entire stay
- This is a PET-FRIENDLY RENTAL. Pet fees are an additional $20.00+tax, per pet, per night. A maximum of 3 pets are allowed. Additionally, a pet-cleaning fee is also charged, which is $50 for stays of 7 days or less, $75 for stays of 8-29 days, and $100 for stays of 30 or more days.
