Introducing Flip Flop Paradise VW31! The first floor features a family room, with a queen sleeper sofa. A 65 inch flat screen tv with sound bar, Spectrum internet & cable. A perfect bedroom for the kids; offering two twin over twin bunk beds. A guest room with a Queen bed is tropically decorated completing the sleeping arrangements for the downstairs. The second floor features an expansive family room with high ceilings and a 70 inch smart TV. A sofa and loveseat offers plenty of room for the family to gather. Access to the front deck of the home to enjoy the ocean breeze, is found here. The chef's kitchen with stainless steel appliances and a walk-In pantry, will make cooking for the family a breeze! The kitchen has bar seating for 4, adding to the dining table seating of 6. The coastal inspired, primary bedroom offers a king sized bed, flat screen tv and access to the back deck of the home. The designer primary bathroom features dual sinks and a custom walk in shower, with double shower heads. A half bath and separate laundry room with full sized washer/dryer are also located on the second floor. The house sits on a large, fully fenced lot. The outdoor shower on the patio, is the perfect place to rinse off after a day at the beach. Take a break from the beach and take a dip in one of the heated community pools, just a short stroll down the cobblestone pathway. STR#377686

suggestionn for improvement: safety bars for the bath tubs. Instruction manual, how to work the TVs dishwasher , washing machine.
We were given four parking permits and told to park in the driveway only. Only two cars will fit in that space.
