Located on the Island Moorings marina with spectacular bay and gulf views from the rooftop deck. On the first floor you'll find one bedroom with a queen bed. On the second floor you'll find two bedrooms. One is a queen/twin bunk combo and the other room has a king bed. Both with an adjoining bath. Primary bedroom and bath located on the second floor with a private balcony overlooking the marina. The third floor features the living, kitchen, and dining areas with enough seating for eight people to dine comfortably or watch television. Marina and gulf-side balconies on the third floor. Sorry, no pets allowed.
Grill your fresh caught fish on the rooftop grill while you watch the big ships pass by in Corpus Christi Ship Channel and reveling in the sunset skyline views too. Plenty of seating on the roof for an amazing outdoor living space. Cool off in the spacious community pool.
• Kitchen is well equipped with basic cooking needs (dishes, silverware, pots, pans, coffee maker, microwave and large appliances). Note that food products such as spices or seasoning are not provided for safety reasons.
• All our properties are supplied with one set of sheets for all beds. Bath towels are supplied per number of people the house sleeps. We do not provide beach towels.
• A start up supply of toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags and dish soap will be provided. We also supply a starter set of shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, lotion, make-up remover wipes and bath soap. After that, the guest is responsible for any additional needs.
• Suggested items to bring are beach towels, extra paper goods (toilet paper, facial tissue and paper towels), extra pillows if you wish to sleep with more than one, spices/seasoning, extra trash bags, sun tan
lotion/sun block and beach gear.
SELF CATERING: All of our properties are self-catering. No maid or towel service is provided during your stay.
