Introducing La Mansion SPV6.
This unit has been recently renovated, totally, inside to create a comfortable space with beautiful coastal colors and furnishings. Featuring a brand new King size bed and new Queen size sofa sleeper in June 2023. The kitchen is equipped with a free standing electric stove, oven, microwave, full refrigerator/freezer, a coffee maker, toaster, an abundance of dishes, cookware, and bar ware. The outside space that is included with this unit has been fabulously landscaped and offers a fully fenced yard, patio furniture and a private fire pit. The community coin operated laundry is close by and there is also a cabana connected to it that can be rented out separately if you want more space to hang out with your group or if you have other friends and family in town and just need a bigger space to get together.
This home can sleep 4 comfortably. Both the bedroom and living area have flat screen televisions with cable. Wireless internet service is also provided.
Please note: This community does not allow boats or trailers of any kind. A maximum of two standard size vehicles are allowed. Golf carts count as one of the two vehicles.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
- A two-night minimum stay is required.
- Contracting guests must be at least 25 old, have a valid State Driver’s License or other acceptable ID, and present throughout the entire stay
- This is a PET-FRIENDLY RENTAL. Pet fees are an additional $20.00+tax, per pet, per night. A maximum of 2 pets are allowed. Additionally, a pet-cleaning fee is also charged, which is $50 for stays of 7 days or less, $75 for stays of 8-29 days, and $100 for stays of 30 or more days.
