Introducing Latitude Adjustment.
Newly remodeled 2/2 pool front unit, with a large deck outside to enjoy the Gulf breeze! Nicely stocked kitchen with a breakfast bar and adjacent to the dining room. Comfy new furniture in the spacious living area, which is open to the kitchen and dining area. The primary bedroom has a king bed. The second bedroom has a full and a twin bed. There is a futon couch off the living area for an additional sleeping space. Sorry, no pets allowed. Parking for 2 maximum. No golf carts allowed. Boats and trailers are NOT allowed.
Mustang Island Beach Club is located just 5 miles outside of the town of Port A right next to Port Royal. The complex features a heated lagoon pool, hot tub, and a boardwalk to the beach.
