They are unique, sleek, and luxurious, with spacious decks & modern interiors. The open floorplan of the living room/kitchen area and windows throughout the home bring in additional light. The 1,800+ sq ft home has ample living space, 4 bdrms, 3.5 baths, private parking, a massive deck for dining or relaxing, and a private plunge pool. SLEEPS 10, with 1 KING bed bedroom and 1 QUEEN bed bedroom, both with ensuite bathrooms; 1 QUEEN bed bedroom and 1 BUNK BED bedroom (2 built-in twin bunk beds = 4 total beds) with Jack & Jill bathroom; powder room. FULL KITCHEN has large island with additional eating space. New, modern and upscale appliances with lots of room for the whole group. - This is a PET-FRIENDLY RENTAL. Pet fees are an additional $20.00+tax, per pet, per night. 3 pets maximum are allowed. Additionally, a pet-cleaning fee is also charged, which is $50 for stays of 7 days or less, $75 for stays of 8-29 days, and $100 for stays of 30 or more days.
