They are unique, sleek, and luxurious, with spacious decks & modern interiors. The open floorplan of the living room/kitchen area and windows throughout the home bring in additional light. The 1,800+ sq. ft. home has ample living space, 4 bedrooms, 3.5 baths, private parking, a massive deck for dining or relaxing, and a private plunge pool. SLEEPS 10, with 1 KING bed bedroom and 1 QUEEN bed bedroom, both with ensuite bathrooms; 1 QUEEN bed bedroom and 1 BUNK BED bedroom (2 built-in twin bunk beds = 4 total beds) with Jack & Jill bathroom; powder room. FULL KITCHEN has large island with additional eating space. New, modern and upscale appliances with lots of room for the whole group. LIVING AREA and DINING AREA have room for everyone to enjoy their time together. Laundry room with full size washer and dryer. LARGE DECK with room enough for dining and gathering for your whole group.

- A 2 night minimum stay is required.
- Contracting guests must be at least 25 old, have a valid State Driver’s License or other acceptable ID, and present throughout the entire stay
- This is a PET-FRIENDLY RENTAL. Pet fees are an additional $20.00+tax, per pet, per night. Maximum of 3 pets allowed. Additionally, a pet-cleaning fee is also charged, which is $50 for stays of 7 days or less, $75 for stays of 8-29 days, and $100 for stays of 30 or more days.
